Pros:

Location was great and accessibility to shops and beaches was fantastic. Local restaurants are amazingly accessible, everything is in walking distance.

Cons:

It was very outdated and the fan in the bathroom stopped working. If they updated it is would definitely book again.

Exceptional
Pros:

Excellent location, loved the pool, had all of the appliances we needed and loved the decor and furnishings, which were stylish and comfortable (photos did not do it justice). Close to the beach, shops and restaurants - it exceeded my expectations. The property managers were excellent - great service and communication.

We loved our time in Noosa and location of accommodation.
Pros:

Location close to bus, ferry, beach, places to eat as we travelled without a car. Washing machine really useful. Top storey bedrooms very comfortable. Air conditioning excellent. Cate available easily on phone for any inquiries. Pool and BBQ area very clean.

Cons:

When walking in front door a very musty, mouldy smell. Not very inviting! I tracked down bad smell to possibly being from sheets and mattress protector in a cupboard which I put through wash and bought can of glen 20 which improved the problem but really needs investigating to find the cause and fix.
Would be helpful to identify the keys as had to go through all the keys to get the front door opened. Front door is difficult to open/close which was frustrating. Needed to work out how to jiggle it to lock and unlock each time.
Remotes to turn on TVs were frustrating. Would be helpful to have buttons clearly marked as which is on/off.
Construction site opposite was unfortunate with noisy machinery operating from early morning but understand that is beyond your control. Luckily for us we had planned an active holiday being out and about all day rather than relaxing in the premises.
Difficult giving address for UBER/shuttle bus for pick up as best pick up is Noosa Pde as Hastings St too busy for drivers to find you and stop.
A bin on site for green waste would be good. Only place we could find a green waste bin for compostable items was at the surf festival outdoor bar. All the shops are using compostable items and yet only landfill bins available to dispose of rather than green waste/compostable bins.

Fabulous location on Hastings Street
Pros:

We love the location. We have stayed here before, but in a different unit. It’s very comfortable, fully stocked kitchen. Beach towels, boogie boards. Pool area is really nice. BBQ.

Cons:

We were in unit 22, the entrance area has 2 futon beds but you would not want to sleep there; it’s quite dark and because the washer and dryer are there it’s humid/musty.

We had an enjoyable stay and we’re pleased with the locality of the property.
Pros:

The location was perfect, close to everything but set back from the busy Main Street.

Cons:

Out of 12 cups only 4 were useable. The others were dirty and badly chipped.

Pros:

There are hundreds of ants crawling on the sofa bed. The lock was broken do we were locked in .
It took 15 minutes for the unit manager to come which in fairness is probably not too bad but after the ants, then the broken lock , it really tipped over to the negative experience.

Pros:

The unit we stayed in had a very uncomfortable outdoor couch in the living area. The entire unit had broken Venetian blinds that would not open or close properly. The master bedroom had broken blinds letting in the morning sun from 5am and the en-suite window had no blind at all also letting in daylight into the bedroom as there was no door on the en-suite. A very narrow staircase leading up to the unit and first floor made it difficult to carry up heavy suitcase. Whilst the property needs an update, the cleanliness was fine.

Pros:

We really liked the location of this property. It was a short walk to the beach and shops.
The fact that the house was on 3 levels was a little bit of an effort but okay.
It catered to our needs.
We would stay again.
