Apart from little things I would definitely come again enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

There was cockroaches in kitchen
Had to fix washing machine wasn’t draining was clogged in filter underneath got heaps of stuff out of it.

great price for a short stay, needs a bit more attention to detail
Pros:

good value for money, pool and hot tub & balcony on room

Cons:

the handrail on the hot tub zapped you when touching, there was an open drain in the pool area that could’ve been a safety hazard, the fan and light switches were confusing and there were some cockroaches in the bathrooms

We were a big group and we were all comfortable and all had a wonderful time. all had a wonderful time. The units were

Location was great - short walking distance from the beach. Having the spa, swimming pool, bbq area and basement parking were great. Daniel and Helen were very helpful.

Cons:

Nothing major to note — the couch and beds could use replacing, but it didn’t affect our stay. We’ve been advised that the owners will be updating them soon, so that should improve things further.

Holiday for our family
Pros:

I liked how I could sleep in without being woken up by loud people walking past or hearing people through the walls. It was quiet . We had our own parking space and it was well surcued from outsides. The pool was beautiful to swim in . Also a 2 min walk to the beach where U could have coffee and breakfast etc

Cons:

Just for improvement I would allow more toilet paper in the rooms. We had to purchase some the first night within our 7 night stay besides that everything was good

A very unpleasant accommodation experience.
Pros:

Location is not too bad

Cons:

They didn’t provide sufficient garbage bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, or even toilet paper and facial tissues, all of which had to be self-purchased at the supermarket. The washing machine was extremely dirty, I took some photos which can proof this.In the eight-person room we booked, two people have to stay on foldable beds, which were of very poor quality, along with the mattresses, making for an uncomfortable stay.

Good break, unit was comfortable just wish the bedding was cleaner and the wifi worked.
Pros:

Good location close to beach and walking distance to shops and Cavill ave - bathrooms were very clean -

Cons:

The bedding wasn’t clean, the top bed comforter was smelly and don’t think they wash them or change them , pillows were old and need replacing
They say free wi fi but the TV does not connect to the wifi properly and you can’t watch steaming services unless you hot spot your phone
The sign at the front says foxtel, no foxtel available
