Pros:

Room had a great view of the ocean, nice and spacious. Plenty of utensils. Good location. Easy parking. Cleaner was very lovely and very apologetic for our issues. He deserves a bonus !!

Cons:

Wasn't told dishwasher and washing machine weren't working till we arrived, same with guest sauna. owner asked if tradie could come in and fix while we were there we asked for them to come late morning owner allowed them to arrive early while kids still asleep and was very loud waking everyone up and owner didnt apologies. Owner than proceeded to try have multiple trades come in during our stay wasnt very relaxing first 2 days. Only air con was in main bedroom so rest of apartment was extremely hot, fans didn't work well.
Pillows were very had.
No shampoos or conditioners for guests only 1 bar of soap.
Only 1 spare roll of toilet paper for a 5 night stay for 4 people.
Was told was receiving reimbursement for broken facilities, havnt heard or anything since.

Pros:

The space is good ,the location as well is very close to the beach and it has a pool on the apartment ..The apartment was tidy and neat ..They have some utensils to use as well ..l loved it.The space was big for my kids to run around and were so happy and they had 2 beds in kids room 🫠.

Cons:

Very small tv without any subscribed nexflix or stan sport or any subscribed account .the internet was hard to connect couldnt find it l had to hotspot with my phone but then no account was subscribed so we didnt use the tv .Very old beds as well

We enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Loved the ocean views and large balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Unit was lovely and well equiped.

Cons:

Very disappointed with the wifi. There wasn’t any.
Was looking for some information about where the closet shops, tram station, cafe’s were. But nothing information in unit.

L' emplacement de l' appartement est parfait ! Il est grand et confortable !! Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce logement !!

Cons:

Pour récupérer le code wifi cela a été très compliqué car notre carte sim n'était pas encore active nous n'avions ni téléphone ni internet et la personne que nous avons réussi à joindre (par le biais des téléphones tesltra) nous disait nous envoyer le code par mail mais nous ne pouvions pas le récupérer ... de plus je ne l'ai jamais reçu par mail ... . Heureusement qu'un voisin très gentil nous a aidé à résoudre le problème avec la personne ... Peut être laisser le code dans l' appartement serait plus simple. Surtout quand il n' y a personne à l'accueil.

Pros:

The unit was just what we needed. Clean, comfortable, affordable and big enough for a family of five. Location was perfect, right near the beach and a 20min walk to Cavill Ave. Is an older style building that looks to have had some reno's lately, very clean and well maintained. Would only say the bathrooms could use a revamp. But was not a game changer. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were great with communication and any issues are rectified straight away.

The accommodation was in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beach and places to eat.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Views were beautiful

Cons:

Sheets on single bed were stained and comforter was dirty. Main bathroom's drain flooded when having shower. Lamp in double room not working. Pillows were hard as rocks

Place required considerable maintenance. Bathroom shower head leaked and not usable. Ensuite shower screen required replacing. Multiple door handles didn't open properly or locked . Washing machine required replacement and for occupant to take delivery. Overall dirty and mould in bathroom

Amazing location, great parking, facilities and staff communication. Be prepared the apt is tired
Pros:

Great location!! Very spacious apartment. Easy access and great indoor locked parking. Staff in charge was friendly and responsive too.

Cons:

The apartment and furnitures are tired.
Mould on the curtains in the bedroom should be cleaned! Good enough to stay a few night overall and great to find accomodation priced like that. It would obviously be so much more expensive if it was fully refurbished so nice option overall for lower budgets

It would have been a lot better except for the things mentioned above
Pros:

Was nice and roomy and bedding was clean. Pillows were very flat. The floors and ensuite were not very clean. It was also very close to beach which was great. The pool was lovely and clean.

Cons:

The floors didn’t seem to be mopped. Even if ensuite was cleaned it was very mouldy and dirty looking
