應該要好好清潔除蟲
Pros:

很熟悉的飯店跟周邊環境。員工態度一樣親切保持微笑。會所設施的球桌用品有更新，太好了。
原本擔心室外的施工噪音，影響不大。這次很開心的在這個飯店房間煮菜與家人吃年夜飯。

Cons:

房間餐廳客廳的地板有點髒，建議前一個客人搬離，應該用清水擦一下地板。另外應該要除蟲，仔細一看連臥房的窗台都有不少小蟲在爬，實在嚇人。另外枕頭實在不舒服。還有樓上不知道是否過年在整修，白天常有敲打的噪音。

Beau logement bien situé !
Pros:

Logement spacieux et bien situé! Machine à café, frigo et tout le nécessaire de cuisine. Très agréable après la visite de la ville!

Cons:

Tout était très bien, peut être que la lumière à la salle de bain au dessus du miroir pourrait d’avantage éclairer.. sinon RAS

Very enjoyable stay the apartmatt was lovely and I liked the fresh flowers

Great location.
Pros:

Right next door to 313 shopping mall, and opposite Somerset Shopping Mall

Cons:

Housekeeping was poor, and basic. Free breakfast was limited. Noise from building works a little disruptive.
Swimming pool is not heated, so only used it for 10 minutes!

The best accommodation at the best location...
Pros:

Everything.... alll elements were fantastic.
. The 11th floor lounge was exceptional...the spa was truly phenomenal...staff were superb... apartment was magical with amazing views and such large room sizes...definitely going back!!!

Amazing Suite rooms in the heart of Orchard
Pros:

Amazing suite room right at the heart of orchard and very close to the mrt
We stayed in the 70 sq meter suite for 9 nights with our 5 year old child
The room was fabulous for which we stayed

Cons:

We are pure vegetarian and there was only 1 item in the buffet vegetarian in same gn pan with non vegetarian

Out of 9 days we did the breakfast only twice.

we requested the lady for an omlette for my son as he eats omlete but she refused saying they could only give fried eggs and sunny side up .

This hotel is just good for its rooms with zero hospitality or service
I had requested a soft pillow from the menu but never got one till the 7th day .
They said they dont have it.

Lovely Apatrment Accomodiation in a Great Central Location
Pros:

Location was perfect for MRT access to get everywhere we wanted to visit during our week. Room was very nice, had kitchen, laundry, and was very quiet. All staff were lovely & very helpful, breakfast was amazing but not available on a Sunday & we really missed it. Pool and spa area were great after a full day out. Plenty of eateries of all price ranges were in the immediate area.

Cons:

Bathroom very small, bed was quite firm, we were just ok with it but our daughter with back issues found it very uncomfortable. Housekeeping supplied a topper pad to help, which did somewhat ease things for her.
