A bit grim. Needs some money spent on it and a parking upgrade to allow modern Utes easy access.
Pros:

Spacious, as is pretty usual with apartments built in the 80s/90s. Netflix login possible with password. That's about it...pretty Meh.

Cons:

Parking height was extremely tight under the building. We have a Ford Ranger Ute and barely made it under the height barrier. Parking for two cars is in tight tandem, so easy access in and out is severely hindered as you need to move one car in order to get to the other. Also, you have to insert a key into the wall outside the subterranean parking barrier in order to raise the barrier gate, and if you're taking it slow because of the alarmingly low height restriction, the barrier gate starts to descend down onto your vehicle with considerable force. This was pretty hair-raising and could have cause a lot of damage had I not been standing there next to the key pad, in the pouring rain, and was able to turn the key over and over to allow my husband to carefully manoeuvre our vehicle under the limbo-height barrier (after he'd unscrewed his arial)! This is an old building, pretty unloved and, in parts, quite grim. Our 3 bed apartment on the 3rd floor, although spacious, felt minimal, old, unloved and in desperate need of a cash injection by the owner. The climb up the stairs, although fine for our party, would have been difficult for any guests with limited mobility. Common areas felt grubby and areas of our apartment were grubby. Complimentary amenities were very stingy - a few tiny milk capsules and a few tiny shampoo sachets. Nothing says "Welcome" like a completely bare kitchen and greasy-looking soft furnishings. Never saw a staff member. Would not stay here again.

Excellent stay in a great location
Pros:

Location! Right on the beach with those views. Awesome. Close to local shops with secure undercover parking provided. The unit was just refurbished and was lovely. Well stocked kitchen with all the essentials.

Old, dated and no documentation on where to eat and had o be the clear out crew

Close to the beach, decent size rooms, shower water pressure was good

Cons:

Poor maintenance, shower head was attached to faulty bracket, shower door leaked water everywhere due to old shower unit. Towel rail fell off. Poor aircon into bedroom. No lift to levels, so moving luggage from garage was clumsy and hot. No close food nor was there any instruction in apartment to indicate where we could go to eat. Had to do dishes and empty rubbish or face $75 fee.
