Some rooms need refurbishment.
Pros:

I am submitting this on behalf of my parents who dont do online stuff. They recently stayed at Aquarius with us. They really enjoyed walking around the Strand and thought the room was ok and loved the view.

Cons:

While our room was great, their room was in need of new furnishings. Rusty legs on the table and very wobbly cheap coffee table should be replaced. The bathroom also needs a refurb as well. In saying that, they really enjoyed their short stay.

Nice location but a bit noisy

Very dusty under bed and behind sofa (I sneezed the whole time)
Drawers still had dirt in them so hadn’t been cleaned

Hotel closed to everything.
Pros:

The location was great! Very convenient. The hotel was clean even its old. Closed to most restaurants and beach.

Cons:

The staff when we checked in wasn't nice and helpful.
