Our room was quite shabby & dirty.
The bed was uncomfortable, bed side lamps didn’t work, shower taps leaked & the WIFI was so inefficient we could only watch live TV.

It would have been nice to have a cafe or bar to relax in but it is just a “rooming” venue

Size

1. The bathrooms should be refurbished with the bathtubs being removed and a walk in shower installed. The present setup with the shower over a slippery bath and minimal rails is EXTREMELY dangerous. It meant not being to have a shower and having to resort to a sponge wash at the basin. At the relatively high price one would expect to be able to have a shower in the morning.
2. Two unexplained fees were added to my credit card after I had paid for the room (c $20 in total).
3. Some information in the room with places to call for takeaway food, local restaurants etc would be good, since there is no attached restaurant or breakfast service.
4. The Wi-FI was very poor, working for only very short periods (a few minutes) and then cutting out.

Our room was old and the bathroom roller door was loose. Trim in the bathroom is rusty. Parking lot was full and we had to park on the street.

The shower pressure was very minimal and water not hot when showering at night.
Bed and pillows not comfortable.
No freezer in the fridge???

We stayed earlier in the week on the 12th floor which had a much higher standard than this room.
In this room on the 6th floor there were no privacy curtains for the daytime.
The block-out curtains didn’t fully close, allowing outside view into the room and light in the centre and on the sides.
The balcony door wouldn’t open fully because the aircon blocked it.
It felt like a very budget room. Clearly there is a different standard between floor 6 and floor 12.

A bit outdated for the price !

It was very old,tired & dirty,rock hard bed,Luke warm shower,tiny bugs crawling over benches & floor then they ended up all through our bags.We were meant to stay 4nights,checked out after 1 night,over priced compared to some other lovely other hotels in the area,No apology from the lady at the reception,We arnt fussy people but we just want clean room & this was definitely by far the worst place we have stayed in.

Although this was quite possibly the cleanest hotel room we have ever stayed in, the property is due for a facelift, as the rooms are looking quite dated and worn. On the Saturday night, it also became apparent that people who were not staying at the hotel were using the car park, leaving no available spaces for guests. As a result, we had to park our hire car on the street.

Lady on front desk was very unhelpful. Room was outdated and average cleanliness. Bit stale and smelled of smoke in hallways.

Room very tired and in need of refurbishing. Decor was old. Couldn't open door to balcony properly. Not enough parking

Wifi very poor
