Pros:

Outstanding view. I could sit on the balcony every day and never get tired of it. Room was very well equipped and nice.
This looks like a 5 star hotel but it is not. The building is great but the staff indifferent. Basically a 14 story nice motel.
I liked it and would stay here again

We love staying at The Aquarius. The upper floor rooms have an amazing view of the sea and Magnetic Island. The rooms are comfortable, have kitchenette facilities snd the property is a short walk to all of the bars and restaurants in town.
This is our go to place for accommodation in Townsville.
Very happy to recommend.

I came to Townsville to relax for a few days and escape the southern winter. I chose the Aquarius vis a web search and was not disappointed. The room was clean and quite roomy for a studio room. From my balcony I had an awesome view to the sea. The hotel is close to a food and bar precinct and the beach is across the road. The staff that I engaged with were always pleasant. For me, I enjoyed my stay with no complaints. I would stay again.

I was surprised by the room size and kitchenette both were great,and being a tv person even on holidays,its size was great.the only down side ,even thought there was enough parking.no undercover area.
