Comfortable with a lovely bistro
Pros:

The restaurant on site was great. The staff were helpful. We located to an upgraded room which was lovely.

Cons:

The first room we were given was old and small and had a main door that needed fixing because the hinge was loose so they upgraded us to a renovated room which was good. Cleaners need to pay more attention to mould in bathroom as the bathroom was new but had mould already.

Location suited the purpose
Pros:

Location was fab and front receptionist could not have been more helpful.

Cons:

Room was dusty, dim and stale, bathroom needed a good scrub, bedside lamps needed globes … mind you the bed was super comfy!

Would stay again. The staff are beautiful, the room was clean, can’t complain !
Pros:

The staff were absolutely lovely. Welcoming, friendly, just overall lovely!

Cons:

While the shower was lovely, the bathroom is a bit tricky to navigate. I’m also not a fan of stairs when I have to stay for a week & have lots of bags, but this is minor detail (& more about me being lazy!) lovely stay

Pros:

The property is situated very close to railway station, one of the biggest positive aspects is the restaurant, the food is amazing, especially the Cajun chicken burger, and the restaurant staff are genuinely great people- big thanks to everyone for making my stay very special.
