A great couple of days catching up with family.
Pros:

Fabulous location, easy walk to plenty of restuarant, club, cafes and surfclubs. Playgrounds for kids and the beach across the road whats not to love.

Cons:

It would be nice to see a friendly face on a reception desk available to ask questions or give advice on places to go and how to get there.

Spacious apartment but not value for money
Pros:

Spacious apartment with ocean glimpses through the trees. Comfortable beds. Host was easy to contact and answered any queries we had promptly.

Cons:

Old apartment that could definitely do with a renovation. Balcony door was misaligned and hard to lock/unlock. One bathroom light didn't work. Bathroom shower gel container was empty on arrival. Bathroom towels were thin and worn. I expected much more for the price of $830 per night

Comfortable beds great views shame about lack of cleaning and loud construction next door
Pros:

Comfortable beds and amazing views

Cons:

Dirty bathrooms with mould in showers and hairs! Filthy scatter cushions with stains and dirt. Ironing board cover was ripped, filthy and smelly. Kitchen very very basic and cheap mismatched crockery. Only platter was a plastic cracked one. No salad bowls and a rusty oven tray.
Coffee cups put back in cupboard used and dirty - old coffee in them! Skirting boards everywhere very dirty and dusty. Spare blankets in cupboards were not clean either. Under couch when we moved it slightly to watch TV was very dusty with old food and yoghurt containers.
Two chairs on balcony so we could not all 4 sit outside. That's just stingey.
Have never seen such bad cleaning in any place we have stayed.
To top it all off no pool towels provided until asked for and construction site next door starting at 6 am and meaning we could not leave doors open in day time to read and could not sit in peace at the pool. They should have be honest about that.

For a girls escape it was good value, I would stay with friends there again, however if I came with family would upgrade
Pros:

Burleigh Heads was terrific, the apartment is located across the road from the beach with filtered views through the Norfolk Pine trees. Rooms are spacious and having the second bathroom was good. Very good value for money. Even though we didn’t use the pool or tennis court was an added bonus.

Cons:

Apartment 15 is on the 5th floor, when I booked not told what apartment until payment made, whilst it represents good value it is tired looking, kitchen is the original, laminate is lifting on the kitchen bench where food and water could get under. Second bathroom has been renovated however ensuite original and very dated. The main bathroom shower was broken making it difficult for anyone over 1.5m tall to use.

Totally disappointing - literally no words it’s that bad!

The location and view that’s it!

Cons:

Overpriced old apartment that had a tiny Air conditioner that didn’t work !!!! Complained told it was working fine it wasn’t it was 26 degrees inside!!! We had no choice but to leave every door and window open for air!!!!! Even at night!!!

Also dodgy monitoring device called munit! Never told prior to booking listens to noise temperature and it’s an invasion of privacy!!!!

If I’d known that the air co wasn’t working snd( ancient old unit) - and none in bedrooms only main and still not working I would never ever have booked!!! Worse still
They sent someone to check when we weren’t there! I didn’t even know what time they were coming’ unprofessional they came onto the apartment
Without telling me!!!

- but they refused and it was hot humid disgraceful!!! Daggy old crappy kitchen needs a full Reno cockroach in cupboard next to the dinner ware!!

Terrible communication had to contact them to get my
Bond returned!!! Said they usually wait 5 days for someone to go check! Then release it - As if!! lol 😂 we knew they were there as soon as we left as we went to beach and saw the blinds all being opened!!!! So lies again as like photos for the room it was not the apartment that we booked for big $$ that one was renovated and new we had the 1970 apartment! Even a budget $100 a night crappy
Little hotel would have had cold air co!!!! This was very $$$ per night - just totally disappointed!!!

Also supposed to be two queen beds we had one in the master and other rooms two
Singles in each!!!! Disgraceful false advertising!!bathrooms rusty old towel rails, waer evaporating on walls it was so humid and hot!!!

Large modern apartment and good location.
Pros:

Modern, large apartment.
Very clean and Good location. Pool quite large.

Cons:

Main bedroom got quite hot during the day/ night, and was mildly relieved by a ceiling fan. Being located on the top floor. Initial check in to apartment was a bit complicated,no reception staff on site.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Fotos werden immer nur von den obersten Stockwerken gezeigt, das Appartement befindet sich aber im ersten Stock. Der Ausblick dadurch getrübt.
Ansonsten klasse, gerade die Entfernung zum Party-Tempel Burleigh Pavillion.
Garage sich sehr komfortabel.

Beautiful
Pros:

Loved the location was beautiful clean loved it! Thankyou for proving a shower chair the views were stunning aswell

Cons:

Getting locked in the pool our bad for not realising the time but being locked from the inside wasn't ideal and climing a gate at 9pm at night with a physical disability wasn't fun 🤣 but made for a good memory
