Large modern apartment and good location.
Pros:

Modern, large apartment.
Very clean and Good location. Pool quite large.

Cons:

Main bedroom got quite hot during the day/ night, and was mildly relieved by a ceiling fan. Being located on the top floor. Initial check in to apartment was a bit complicated,no reception staff on site.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Fotos werden immer nur von den obersten Stockwerken gezeigt, das Appartement befindet sich aber im ersten Stock. Der Ausblick dadurch getrübt.
Ansonsten klasse, gerade die Entfernung zum Party-Tempel Burleigh Pavillion.
Garage sich sehr komfortabel.

Loved the location was beautiful clean loved it! Thankyou for proving a shower chair the views were stunning aswell

Getting locked in the pool our bad for not realising the time but being locked from the inside wasn't ideal and climing a gate at 9pm at night with a physical disability wasn't fun 🤣 but made for a good memory

Las vistas son preciosas, el apartamento es muy amplio y tiene todas las comodidades. Además, estaba muy limpio.

Cons:

Estábamos en la última planta y había un ruido continuo que era muy molesto, creo que eran las máquinas de los aires acondicionados. Las duchas eran antiguas y muy incómodas, no había forma de sujetarlas o cambiar la posición.

It was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Fantastic location with a great view from the top floor. Good access to both Burleigh and North Burleigh. Prime beachfront location.

Cons:

The unit contains possessions from the owner - items in the laundry and walk in robe in the main bedroom, etc. We were unaware that this would be the case. This was more like an Air BNB than a holiday rental unit. The wifi was very poor. The second bedroom has exposed nails in the floor which was very dangerous.

Mega Lage, ruhig - Ausstattung leider aus den 1980ern

Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Am tollen Strand, fußläufig zu kleinen Geschäften und Bars / Cafes. Trotzdem keine Partyhochburg.
Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr ordentlich und ruhig. Support funktioniert.
Parken in der Tiefgarage unproblematisch.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung Küche und Bad (Fliesen, Möbel, Sanitär) ist aus den 1980ern. Seeeehr alt und hässlich - abgewohnt. Kaputter oder verrosterer Klorollenhalter = Klorolle auf dem Boden zu dem Preis?
Bilder im Netz sind offensichtlich aus einer anderen, moderneren Wohnung.
Küchenutensilien z.T. unbrauchbar. Haben uns eine eigene Schere und Messer gekauft.
Deckenventilatoren quietschen und eiern, drohen abzufallen.

Great location, easy walk to the Burleigh Shops and right across the road from surf life saving flags. Great pool too. Lots of great kitchen equipment for those wanting to self cater.

Would be good to have a few more sachets of washing powder, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc

Incredible view and amazing location central to everything in Burleigh

Cons:

No air conditioning, only a fan in each room and one of them was not working, it was not fixed during our stay and it was very hot at night and we had trouble sleeping. I think any property in QLD should have air conditioning as a baseline
