The location is fantastic! Next to the beach. The place has its own Cafe/restaurant that is wonderful!

Cons:

In my opinion, blankets need a more constant wash. Rest as sheets, towels were fine.

Pros:

The size of the room and what it had to offer eg. With full kitchen except oven but they had a good size fridge/ frezzer

Cons:

Rip dirty looking carpet and all the accessories like to many cushions and an extra little bed blanket for decor Hate the artificial flowers in the watering cans
Remove those things and replace carpet it will be so much better

Pros:

So close to everything, we love both Hawks Nest & Tea Gardens. Room was excellent

Cons:

My partner and I cannot fault it, however when we asked for upgrade room, we were told by the lady a flat no.. Or if you like upgrade to pay a substantial extra cost, which we declined

Really nice place in a lovely town
