Location was the only positive

Cons:

Room was filthy. Stains on floor and furniture, beds made but had other people's hair all through them, cutlery and tableware was all filthy and had to be fully washed before use, floor filthy and looked like it hadn't even been vaccumed, photos diplayed look like they are from 30 years ago as the motel looked nothing like them. Very disappointing stay.

I booked a deluxe villa which cost me $270 a night, when I made the booking I also requested a ground floor room due to my bad knee
I got a message back to say that my request was confirmed
When I checked in, I was given a standard room on the ground floor
When I queried with reception I was told that the manager had put me in that room. When I explained that I had booked a Deluxe villa it was then that I was told that there weren’t any such rooms on the ground floor and the
Lady was happy to refund me the difference of $640 between the standard room and the deluxe room
When I went back to the reception the next day, the manager was there and he started to argue with me stating that I requested ground floor and that’s the room I was getting
I tried to explain that yes I requested ground floor but paid for a deluxe room and should have been told that there weren’t any such rooms on the ground floor
He then changed the story and said that the room I was given was in fact a deluxe room, I had to show him their own website to show him the difference in the rooms
He also blamed Booking.com for incorrectly advertising the rooms
I accepted his offer for a refund of $320 as I didn’t want to get into an argument with him as he was starting to talk very aggressively
I don’t feel that this is a justified refund
It should have been a refund of $640
Please discuss this with the manager as I believe even after the refund the rate charged is still too high

The experience was ok but hugely tarnished by the behaviour of wedding guests.
Pros:

Location and access to the beach was great.

Cons:

The noise and behaviour of other guests that were celebrating a wedding. Sleep was impossible due to the selfishness and entitlement of these guests. No respect for other guests.

Poor quality accommodation
Pros:

Did not enjoy this place as it was really dirty and old.

Cons:

The room was small and the pictures online make it look more spacious. People from the restaurant at the front constantly smoking out the back. The smell of nicotine coming into our room!
