Extremely disappointing.
Pros:

Cons:

Tiny, overpriced, dilapidated motel like rather than apartment. Lack of facilities.
Lots of rust. Uncomfortable mattress.

Great location but not well kept apartments.
Pros:

The pool was lovely. The location was great being so close to the beach, parks and restaurants.

Cons:

The apartment was very dated and tired looking. The only couch was covered in stains and was broken in the centre making it uncomfortable to sit on.
The bath tub had significant damage to it where the laminate is flaking off. The rugs were tired and dirty with sand. The balcony railing was quite rickety and did not feel safe. Cookware supplies were minimal and cheap.

Loved beach basically out front door ♥
Pros:

Loved the location . The room was on ground floor so not a view to speak of but Loved being able to walk straight out onto street and swimming pool. The car park was easily accessible and lift was so close to our door ♥ lovely Cafe for breakfast in building with reasonable pricing ♥ the staff were so AMAZING 🙏 let us have early check in and late checkout ♥ so friendly and helpful ♥ we love the location so much have booked for my birthday in May ♥ alittle noisy if you don't like constructions going on very close to hotel. Didn't worry us but maybe consider before booking.

It was so good we are already booked for next year.
Pros:

Super location and friendly staff. Always felt like royalty.

The building is old so there is some repair work that needs to be done but they were very quick to listen to us and try to get it fixed

The stay was nonetheless pleasant and bed was comfortable.
Pros:

Location was very good close to the beach the surf club and the main shopping and dining areas of Broadbeach. Reception kindly gave us an option to park our vehicle behind the premises as the vehicle was to high for their underground car park,

Cons:

The lounge suite was sporting a few stains and the rest of the main living area was a bit dated, The bathtub could do with replacing as it felt soft underfoot while showering.

Pros:

Great location and fantastic views. Good walking distance to shops, food and coffee. Would stay here again.

Cons:

The second room had no fan or aircon, so did get warm and stuffy in there.
