Would not recommend, I was willing relocate at the last minute but was unable to find any vacancy to accommodate us.
Cons:

Unfortunately, from the moment we checked in, it was an unpleasant experience.
Motel attendant greeted us with no shoes on and hardly said 2 words to us. Room was very dirty, TV did not work, no gauze on the bathroom window( and the fan did not do a thing). Hot water cut in and out while showering ( from boiling to freezing in an instant). Actually a bit dangerous. Damaged cord meant we could use a lamp. Rubbish behind the beside, found when trying to plug in a charger.
The smoke alarm low battery sound started at 3am, we had to reach it and take the battery out and then place back in again to get it to stop….. all in the middle of the night.

Hot water was good.

Meals at the Leagues Club a couple of hundred metres away were exceptional. Huge serves and great value for money.

Cons:

Very average, not very clean, many things were broken in the room.
