Pros:

Liked the convenience to town.
Traffic isnt to noisey

Cons:

Unfortunately we booked a Spa room for our special occasion but the Spa didn't work.
The lovely lady receptionist and the owner come and looked at it but unfortunately could not fix it.
We realise these things happen but I dont understand how someone didn't report this previously as apparently someone had turned it off at the power point so obviously someone knew about it.
We were to get some money off the room seen the Spa didn't work but unfortunately that didn't come to pass, we realise people get busy and it may have just been overlooked.
Other than that we always like our accommodation at the Carlyle.

Room was large and comfortable. Location is perfect, I will be returning when I stay in Wagga again
Pros:

Property had updated facilities, bed was comfortable and the TV had all the streaming services available. The exterior was beautiful and room size was very desirable. Main Street is within waking distance. Parking is abundant. Cleaning staff are lovely and great.

Cons:

There was no staff at reception for the whole duration of the stay. Had to use a phone outside the office to check in.

I booked a room with a spa I was charged accordingly I was given a shower this is false advertising or taking money under false pretence no management on site, took 5 phone calls to reach some who did not care and refused to take any action there has been no follow-up phone call to address this ,maybe a Google review is in order

Perfect accommodation for what we needed and a short walk to the main street. Have had to come to Wagga twice in the last year and the Carlyle has been great and highly recommended.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing.

Friendly staff, very very clean, great location.
Pros:

When i checked in i was greeted by Lyn and she was informative , polite and we had a great chat...it was a wonderful way to start my stay. The room was super clean and the location was perfect , being so closed to the CBD . I will definitely stay there again
