Pros:

While I was traveling for work, my stay ended up longer than expected. They really had thought of everything.
The complementary breakfast really was a lovely touch.
And having the ice trays filled (and multiple options!) was appreciated after a very long day.

Cons:

Access to the 2 bedroom apartment was via stairs.
While ok for me, they were difficult to navigate for the person I was traveling with. This is something I should have checked more closely, and isn’t necessarily a negative for the property - just something to be aware of. The lovely reception team did offer to move us to a smaller room, on the ground but this wasn’t possible in our particular circumstance as we needed 2 seperate sleeping spaces.

Great base for a week in Mudgee.
Pros:

Location was fabulous close to everything. The room was cozy and warm during a cold week. The rooms were also well cared for.

Cons:

Daily servicing, could have been better. Supplies such as toilet paper and coffee, tea and milk weren't refreshed.

We had a great stay and will book here again when in Wagga Wagga.
Pros:

We were met at reception and given acard with the door code booking in was simple as was accessing our room Parking was provided on site and the room was clean and fresh. In room facilities were very modern and worked as expected the lounge and bedwere very comfortable and loads of options on the TV. This property is right in the city centre giving great access to all Wagga Wagga has to offer yet was very quiet.

Cons:

Nothing it was great.
Could not fault this property.

Overall, great value, comfortable accommodation
Pros:

Very good stay. Spacious, clean room with a huge bathroom and all the amenities needed, comfortable bed. Private entrance and convenient parking. Excellent location within walking distance of the main street, shops, heritage buildings, museum and library. Breakfast delivery options were a bonus.

Cons:

The only minor things like poor sound insulation, you can hear almost everything from neighbouring rooms, and reception is not always staffed, although assistance is available by phone.
