Pros:

Beautiful location near Flynn's Beach and its surf club, with cafes, restaurants bottle shop and pharmacy within minutes walk. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Easy drive into Port Macquarie town centre.

Cons:

The kitchen mugs and glasses were not clean and had to be soaked and re- washed due to the stains. The blankets in the main bedroom had clearly not been washed for a while and had visible dirty marks.
There was no soap and minimal toilet paper.
At a minimum I would think soap be provided. As this was not the case at least provide this information before check in, so you can bring your own.
For a two week stay, more than two rolls of toilet paper should be provided and not have a surcharge of $2 per roll if you require more.

Great location and unit met our needs for quick visit for family of four to Port Macquarie. Manager was very responsive
Pros:

This unit had everything we needed for a four person inexpensive stay in Port Macquarie. Great location near beach and restaurant/cafe. Thanks to the manager for catering for our groups needs with the room allocation.

Cons:

The car parking space was tight for our Kluger but very convenient to have. We were also in a room close to the main road (Pacific Drive) so there was low level traffic noise it times.

Weekend getaway in Port.
Pros:

Large and spacious accommodation with a well appointed kitchen, dining and living space. Plenty of spare blankets, a great location and good cafes, restaurants and amenities in walking distance.

Cons:

Unfortunately the swimming pool was advertised as heated but it wasn't. The kids were disappointed 😞.

Value for money
Pros:

Very quiet, very comfortable bed, great shower pressure and very clean. Well equiped kitchen. Beach across the road. Right next door to post office, chemist, restaurants, takeaway places and bottle shop/convenience store.

Cons:

The toilet flush button kept getting stuck, the fridge needs updating as drawers are broken and no lower shelves. Curtains have holes in them. Staff did not return some messages. Need clearer instructions on how to open and close the garage gate.

Great location
Pros:

Location. Was a great spot. We would stay again.

Cons:

The people upstairs were very noisy. Had a lot of people in the apartment and sounded like elephants walking above us. Talking on the balcony and running around the apartment till all hours. Would have been more suitable for big groups to be on the ground floor knowing the noise that the footsteps make. Photos of the pool are very deceiving. The pool is a lot smaller than it appears in these photos.
