Very satisfied
Pros:

Small group of units in quiet location. Close to the beach and nearby cafes. Close to bus stop for event shuttle. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely return again and recommend to others

Cons:

The kitchen would have benefitted from deeper cereal bowls, a smaller chopping knife and colander. Otherwise, hard to find fault.

Don’t go there if you smoke otherwise clean and comfortable
Cons:

If your a smoker don’t stay there you had to smoke in the car park not very relaxing if you want to have a drink or smoke

Beach at your front door
Pros:

Very handily situated. Close to everything. Clean and tidy. Walked to Middleton Beach only 5mins away. Left our windows open and you can hear the waves crashing

That I couldn't stay longer.

Accommodation disappointed , Albany Beautiful

There was no food, the location was a short walk to the Beach, we was able to park our car outside of unit

When I checked in at reception I was asked for my credit card details I did not think this was fair as we had already paid for our accommodation through you I do not like anyone storing my credit card details apparently this is for any damage caused to the unit, the room smelt when entering property like it hadn't been cleaned properly there was hairs on the carpet, the crisper in fridge was cracked we did report this to some cleaners that were cleaning units that had been vacated and they did the fridge was old and they was aware of it that would .and send as there was a terrible constant loud whistling drone noise which we put down to the fridge it was terrible, by Thursday we realised that no cleaning of emptying of bin no clean towels soaps tea coffee was going to be filled up or cleaned no bed making nothing absolutely nothing for 5 days not what I was expecting you basically was on yr own occasionally you would see reception and man partner I assume doing gardening, I left the accommodation spotless all draws cupboards floors stripped bed we had two small towels for a 5 day stay fortunately after begging the cleaners they let us have clean Towels , my Husband and I ran a Motel for 5yrs with restaurant we served rooms every day with clean towels top ups beds made & Bins , I think if you leave a room for a week or more then you are going to have rooms that smell because not all people will keep it clean carpets especially there is a folder in the room telling you where to go and get the vacuum & mop & Bucket

Pros:

The property was very clean and spacious.Great location,short walk to Middleton Beach .Tap in kitchen needed tightening up as very loose,reported and was fixed straight away.2nd time we have stayed there ,would definately stay again .
