A comfortable and enjoyable stay that exceeded my expectations
Pros:

Great upgrades to the rooms, excellent staff, very helpful. Like the free minibar, a nice change. The restaurant, Peacock Room, was very good, excellent service, great food and a nice selection of local wines. Will be staying at the Oriana next time I am in Orange.

Cons:

Would have liked firmer pillows. Everything else was great, so just nit picking now.. Nothing else to complain about! Keep up the great work.

Hospitality in every direction
Pros:

As it was winter all of their facilities could not be taken advantage of however what was available was excellent. Staff were very pleasant. They know the meaning of hospitality. Highly recommend it.

The staff were very pleasant, the restaurant and bar were of a good standard. The room was spacious.

Cons:

The ensuite was very small and I thought the cost compared to other stays we have had this week was overpriced. Easy access to parking was good.

A delightful, retro hotel with lovely creative touches
Pros:

We loved the delightful, creative details in the decoration of the hotel.

The rate is a bit higher, but justified as it is the special touches that make the stay that much more delightful and memorable. Complimentary mini bar and welcome drink with nuts was really appreciated.
