Pros:

Great service, good restaurant on site. I liked the decor, modern with pops of colour. Comfortable group meeting places. The owner of the hotel was a delight, spending time to talk with us. We were able to keep our bags in reception before and after checking in. The nice office people booked a very reliable taxi when we decided to visit Lake Canobalas.

Fabulous rooms, facilities, friendly staff and a sauna. Book here for a great stay.
Pros:

Loved the little touches when you check in. Fresh milk, not UHT that spills all over the place trying to use it with a piddly straw. Free drinks voucher, fresh fruit in the room and complimentary soft drinks. Styling in the room, comfy bed. Very homely!

Loved the styling throughout the property.

Having to leave!

The Oriana Orange was a welcome surprise. An excellent place to stay at resonable cost.
Pros:

I was expecting the usual motel experience where the room is a bland white box with a fridge and microwave. The Oriana Orange by contrast provided a very comfortable bed, and was exceptionally clean and well presented across the room and bathroom. Numerous efforts were made by staff to ensure guests had everything they needed and free extras like milk, bottled water and soft drinks were provided in the mini bar along with good quality teas and coffee. The room was also very quiet for a drive in motel style as the rooms are located away from the road. Food and drinks at the Peacock Restaurant and bar are good quality which is exceedingly rare to find in a motel style hotel where you can drive up to and park outside your room. I highly recommend the Oriana Orange for short stays while visiting or passing through Orange. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Cons:

The interiors were a bit loud for my taste and built in furniture bed head and desk/ wardrobe area in my room was old and dated. Loose furniture was better however. Artworks although by masters like Klimt were mounted posters - it would be nicer if the hotel selected works from good local artists and gave them a platform to gain exposure.

Too many strong colours and candles in the Supper Club and bar area - all a bit chintzy.
Coffee machine at the breakfast area could be improved to proper cafe standard rather than a domestic machine. Some fresh fruit rather than it all being tinned would be welcome but eggs and salmon were good.

Cons:

We felt the room was very basic for the price paid. The shower was very small and difficult to get in and out.
Our room wasn’t cleaned the second day and essentials such as tea and coffee added. Overall disappointed with the standard of the room.

A fabulous hotel offering the very best of food and wine with exceptional hospitality.
Pros:

This was my second stay at the fabulous Oriana Hotel . A very comfortable room in a great location but best of all is the hotel’s bar and restaurant. One does not need to drive anywhere! Excellent chefs , excellent wine .
The staff at the Oriana are welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend!

Cons:

I can’t fault anything .

Pros:

The staff was phenomenal and really made our stay! The breakfast is amazing and so is the sauna experience. The rooms are nice and have all you need, drinks and snacks in the minibar are a nice touch.

Lovely renovated rooms with very comfy beds, nice tea supplies & coffee machine in the room along with fresh fruit. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Wish we could have got a chance to use the pool as it looked lovely but the weather did a quick change to 5 c!

Upmarket drive up motel with lots of bell and whistles
Pros:

Stayed 1 night for a work trip. Staff friendly. Welcome drink and snacks. Room service food was good. Sauna was a nice feature. Room very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.
