Very rude Manager! No compassion made things hard!

Cons:

The young lady that said she was the manager she was cold, unwelcoming had no compassion I paid 300 figures r the night and I was there to attended a funeral 20 min away wanted to drop my bag and get a key cos the reception closed at 5 she wanted to charge 50 to collect my key a hour early the room was ready I didn’t want to spend time there but then insisted I come back to get the key before 5 but that wasn’t possible she was just very rude on a day I was already struggling and she didn’t care at all

The best pork belly I’ve ever had! The room, was ok. The bathroom needs fixing.
Pros:

Good location, reasonable price, great food at the pub, young friendly team.

Cons:

The 3 emails prior to arrival was over the top. The phone call the day after I called them (as per their emails) from the same staff member was just bad.
The bathroom was a disaster! So badly designed allowing water to go everywhere when showering in the unnecessary spa corner bath. Please redo it to just a shower.

Nice rooms just don’t bother with the restaurant/bar the pizza restaurant down the road is good and cheaper

Overall it was sufficient for our needs but probably wont return.
Pros:

Rooms on the smaller size however had everything you needed. Mattresses on bunks could do with an update and some curtains over the windows. The outside lights continue to turn on and off as people walk past throughout the night shining directly into the bedroom. The timber slats not enough to keep the light out. Ok stay but a little overpriced for what you get.

Cons:

Mattresses need an update and room required curtains.
