Short and nice
Pros:

Clean and easy access- great location and amazing staff

Cons:

Hair dryer was not in the room, pan for cooking usually is there but was not there either. I was getting late in morning so didn’t bothered to ask the front house but if these things are meant to be in room, maybe tell the staff to check before

I enjoyed staying there. I was sorry I did not qualify for Qantas points. I was in a rush to book.
Pros:

I liked the central location of the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. I liked the layout of my room. The access to it, the bed, the whole set up.

Cons:

I needed to wrap some presents. I went down to the front desk to borrow scissors. I wrapped the presents in the foyer, which appeared quite dusty.

Nice room but to noisy.
Pros:

Room was lovely and clean also staff were very nice.

Cons:

The noise could not sleep.
Also the vending machine was a rip off and hardly nothing in it. Not anough room for parking.

Location is good.

Cons:

we paid a cancellation fee and booked for 3 nights. I only needed to stay one night and was told that I could not get any refund for the nights paid for that were not used - so 2 nights I was not there I had to pay for.
