We were happy with everything and it suited our needs perfectly

The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Good central location made getting around easy

Cons:

There was a strong smell of mould coming from the larger bathroom in the room which wasn't very pleasant.

Good amenities but the beds were awful
Pros:

Location was excellent, walkable to shops, supermarkets, cafes and the main street in town. All the usual facilities available at Quest - washing machine and dryer, kitchenette, all very convenient

Cons:

The bed mattress was sooooo thin, it was like sleeping directly on the springs inside the mattress. Very soggy and soft. Like the mattresses had never been replaced before. The worst bed I have ever slept in. Very disappointing

The Quest was welcoming, clean & very comfortable. Bec was fabulous on arrival in Reception.

Great location but be prepared to pay extra for the convenient location.
Pros:

The secure parking was great to have in such a central, downtown location.
