Clean, comfortable and great location
The cost was a little expensive
Convenience and staff were friendly and supportive. Fantastic team celebrating a fun night.
Was great to have a bed close to the event.
Air-conditioning was terrible, very very noisy and couldn't make cooler to support sleep for people coming from cooler climates 23 degrees and humidity is not refreshing.
The fridge was also warm likely after previously being left open. As the freezer too frosted.
For the price, noting event nearby, with minimal facilities wasnt great value for money.

Only thing I could fault was the water pressure in the shower but was not a deal breaker.
Can’t rate this enough and the added bonus that makes this so much better than other places around Olympic Park is the fact they have a balcony.

Great service provided by the staff. Very accomodating and welcomed us with our event inspired music playing in the foyer, a very personalised touch when checking in. Parking, facilities and comfort all ticked the boxes. Super convenient location.

My name is Amelia and I stayed in 606A and the stay was terrible , check in took ages and we arrived after 11 am and that’s wasn’t the reason why , I have attached photos of my neck after using the sleep spray as directed in the space of the area or if it was your pillows and one of the towels in our room had a rip in it and to say this has never happened at other hotels and previous stays with your company , this is ridiculous and we were wanting our 50 dollar deposit for the late stay fee but we checked out at 10am instead of 12 , all hotels give it back but we got told no and the receptionist just smiled and laugh which me and my partner were very not okay with that :( we deserve it back after our horrible stay .
Please I want something done about this .

I highly recommend Quest at Olympic Park as the apartments are great and the staff are exceptional and the location is perfect with secure underground parking.
