Surpassed our expectation - thanks to staff!
Pros:

Extremely helpful and welcoming staff - great Northern hospitality. A busy time for the staff but they handled it well and were well supported by the GM and owner Alan.
We were looked after well after initial an ‘hitch’ and would STRONGLY recommend this hotel to family & friends. Gets 10 from us!!

Excellent hotel great value for money and friendly helpful staff
Pros:

Lovely little boutique hotel, friendly staff and comfortable very clean room. The hotel was fully boked and tells you all you need to know mid week. Excellent value for money and my evening was excellent as was the breakfast. I will return when I am next up in Blackburn visiting clients.

Cons:

One very very minor thing I could not get hold of an iorning board.
