Rooms clean/staff polite and helpful/beds comfy which is always a plus.
Pros:

How it wasn’t in a built up area so was very reserved and quiet.

Cons:

Nothing was a perfect stay away with my partner and my little son.

A lovely location, quiet and peaceful. Great service from the Hotel staff. Would return.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast provided, lovely views from the Hotel. Evening meal was well presented and very tasty at a reasonable price.

Nothing, a beautiful location and lovely gardens.

If it’s peace and quiet you want then this is definitely the place 🙂
Pros:

Tucked away up a hill in a lovely peaceful setting, we didn’t have an evening meal but the breakfast was really good.

Beautiful hotel beautiful surroundings

Cons:

Not disabled, friendly, no lift didn't help with the bags, had a walk up to flights of stairs to get to the third floor
Reception staff just sat on their sits, just once got up to get key, then sat down
I was clearly disabled
Breakfast was not worth £12 , yoghurts were warm, not on ice or cold tray, and flies everywhere
Staff were all in the reception area
No continental breakfast, as advertise
We knew there were weddings on the two days we wear there, but staff was more interested in helping wedding guests than their normal guests
All the rooms we went in needed repairing or paint touch up

Would definitely stay again
Pros:

It was lovely to find such friendly and efficient staff who were great to chat with. I had a standard room which was perfectly adequate for my two nights business trip. Good hairdryer and plenty of plug sockets next to the bed. The bed was comfortable and as I kept the curtains closed each day in the heat, I slept well.
Breakfast was plentiful, the first morning was a hot buffet and the second morning was cooked to order as the main restaurant was being prepared for a wedding. Both experiences were good. The music in the restaurant was great, they must have known I was a teenager in the 80s!

Cons:

The room would have been perfect if it had hooks on the back of the main door and bathroom door as the towel rail wasn't big enough to place used towels so I used the back of the chair to dry them.

When handing over my key i felt the staff was rude and just wanted to get rid of you :( no "hope you enjoyed your stay" or even a thank you...felt very awkward indeed :(
