Great stay, friendly, helpful staff and nice, spacious room.

Lovely spacious room, nicely decorated, kitchenette was handy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy parking.

Cons:

The rooms are all up 2 small flights of stairs which was fine for me but something to be aware of.

No lift so using the hotel fire escape was awkward with suitcases. Kitchen was very small and awkward to use.

Wonderful stay near the seaside
Pros:

Brilliant hotel in the heart of Burnie, the rooms were huge, gorgeous and inviting! The staff were fantastic and the restaurant below was delicious. Loved the bose sound system, the comfortable bed, kitchenette + spacious rooms. It was NYE but was surprisingly not too loud and had a wonderful sleep

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Service was very good. It was very convenient to town, beach and attractions especially the penguins

Cons:

The upstairs accommodation without a lift may prove difficult for some, but the staff were very willing to help by carrying bags upstairs.

Huge!
Pros:

Brilliantly renovated hotel in the middle of town with massive, well designed rooms. Had dinner in their restaurant downstairs and that was wonderful too. A surprisingly great stay.

Loved the spacious room & bathroom, very clean. Light brekkie options a nice touch.
Also a great location in centre of town.
