Convenient and wonderful, friendly staff.
Pros:

Reception was very helpful, the property was close to shops and servos. The property was quiet and there was bar/food options and gaming onsite. Bed sheets were amazing.

Cons:

Kettle was mouldy but reception replaced straight away. It was hard to close the blinds due to the position of the heavy chairs and table.

Excellent stay as always. So convenient having the restaurant and even the supermarket close by.
Pros:

The food was great. Bit on the pricey side though.

Cons:

The shower head in our room wasn't very good. The water just dribbled out but I let the office staff know and they were going to get someone to check it.

Really enjoyed our stay there, the location was great for us because my partners daughter lives just across the road.
Cons:

The cups provided for tea and coffee were way too small.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel food was great.

Cons:

The rooms were very tired looking! Outdated and no streaming available when I woke up the lights weren’t working in the room.

Pros:

Location for my work. Staff were very nice.

Cons:

The bathroom had been designed by and architect for old hospitals I am sure! In any event it wasn’t clean … the whole room lacked on cleanliness.
