The reception hours are as follows:
Monday – Friday 8.30 to 18:00
Saturday 8.30 to 12.00
Sunday / Public Holidays - closed

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Guests will be supplied with a password via SMS or email for the safe, located at the main entrance to the building. Parking information and instructions will also be in the safe.

The property will be renovating Front Desk and Lobby areas from 1 March 2021 to 31 March 2021.
During renovations, the property will make every effort to minimize noise and disturbance.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Apartment was tidy but needed a few simple repairs. Once mentioned to staff was fixed immediately

Really disappointed at the expense of what we paid per night it was definitely not luxurious I have never had to clean a

The location was great very close to the ferry and a short walk to the shops

Cons:

It was the dirtiest motel I’ve ever stayed in from the moment we entered the apartment we noticed mould on top sheets dust on everything the bed heads the fans the dishes were not clean and little supply of toilet paper for duration of stay there was an ant problem in the kitchen and cockroaches in the bathroom

Lack of Towels and condiments for a 2 bedroom sleeping 4 people had 3 towels and same with tiny milk sachets.

Close to where we needed to be, undercover parking. Washing machine & dryer were good.

Pretty dated & carpet was really stained. Pool was cold & not very clean.
