Comfortable & welcoming
Pros:

What wonderful clean & comfortable accomodation. They were helpful & kind, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I would highly recommend.

Excellent motel with only the one complaint
Pros:

Great presentation

Cons:

11 out of 10 down to 9 out of 10 due to poor, really poor shower head restricting flow of water. I understand calcium build up restricts flow ( the basin taps had great pressure and flow) but the shower head needs replacing.

Fantastic place to stay.
Pros:

Thank you this was a wonderful stay. The room was large and clean and having a full kitchen made meal time a breeze. The location to our event and shops was a bonus. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Everything else was exceptional except the dirty linen which was replaced after I complained
Pros:

The linen was dirty, with hair on the sheets and the pillow slips. There was a big round spot on the bottom sheet in the middle. I removed the sheet and just slept on the top blanket. In the morning I approached the cleaning staff and requested for a replacement of linen, she showed me the list of rooms she was supposed to change linen for and our room was not on the list and when I asked her to come and see the linen, she spotted the big dirty spot on the middle of the sheet then she apologised and changed the linen and everything else has been good.

Absolute lovely Manager Alison who made our stay very enjoyable.
Pros:

Fantastic location & easy to find. Unit was very clean & had everything we could need plus a washing machine & dryer.
Because of the location you don't get a lot of road noise so it's easy to sleep-in. The bed was so comfortable. We would stay again without a doubt.
