Good stay for short term holiday if doing lots of activities.
Pros:

Distance to places we went was relatively close, the pool and spa was very cleanly and enjoyable, room was decent (some issues), designated parking space was great.

Cons:

There was a bit of damage to the room, broken parts on cabinets, scuff marks on the walls, the air vent in the bathroom was loose. Just little things that we didn’t want to get accused of breaking.

It was ok, not sure it was worth the nightly rate I paid.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the room- tracks were so dusty, the curtains need to be replaced as very stained. The gas stove didn’t work which was disappointing as I booked an apartment to cook food. Lack of containers, odd amount tons plates/ saucers etc When I turned the oven on at power point the stove made a clicking sound every few minutes. The shower head kept dropping down, there was no washer.

Maintenance & housekeeping need attention, however location and facilities are great

Great pool and great location, we also had a nice big balcony

Cons:

The internet is pathetic, this is our 3rd stay, we have complained about this before but nothing has been fixed.
The crockery, bathroom, balcony and its furniture were dirty. There was a potentially dangerous Power point in the room. Two chairs were broken and unusable, the clock did not work, there was insufficient crockery/kitchen items (ie. no bottle opener, only a few bits of mis-matched crockery.

Quality accommodations at a great price plus convenience to shopping and restaurants within 15 minutes on foot. Beautiful view over the Brisbane River!

Comfortable, great location and close to cafes.
Pros:

Close to Wesley Hospital, Brisbane Riverb ferries and cafes. Serviced apartment, staff friendly. Full laundry facility and dish washer excellent for longer stay.

Pros:

I stayed at quest apartments in Darwin and they would come each day, make the bed and restock coffee and tea.
Oasis didn’t do that.

Excellent location. So convenient for Wesley Hospital ....literally 2 min(hilly) walk; 3 min walk to rail station; 1 min walk to riverside pathways
