A good spot - close to shops, public transport and restaurants.
Pros:

The location and the friendly staff are the best aspects of the Oasis.

Cons:

The apartment, like previous times, needs a bit of care and attention - nothing too bad but could be better. Also, there was very active building construction activity going on nearby for 6 days straight, starting early. (Would have been nice to know before we arrived or supplied earplugs!)

Very convenient to hospital. Took the stress out of our stay.

Only 1 key given for 3 adults/2kids with different schedules.
No pool towels
No one took our call Sat (after a late check in Fri) not enough towels in room for 5 people booking.
Hole in wall in robe wall, ensuite bathroom mould in shower.
Light bulbs need checking as not all lights worked
No air con in bedrooms 2&3 - that was not advertised and we would not have booked it as it was a pre-requisite and when booking I asked if apartment air conditioned. Sleep was hard to get on Saturday night due to heat.
I called after check out on Monday as I’d left a jewellery box and pair of earrings in ensuite bathroom - still no call back advising if found.

Comfy beds, but needs a refresh
Pros:

The pool and BBQ area was excellent. We had a group of us with kids stay here for NYE. We had a great time.

Cons:

Very dated and needs more than a refresh. (Carpet stains from use/age, furniture dated, etc). However, the bed was comfortable and we were able to get a roll away cot for our daughter which worked great for us. Nothing fancy here but worked for what we needed for our stay.

Great place to stay with family.
Pros:

Complete set of cooking equipments and gas stove.

One AC in the living room(but its big enough and adequate for both bed room).

Wifi are great and high speed, Smart TV working fine.

Its location near Brisbane Grammar school.
Less than 5 minutes to shopping mall (Toowong).

Cons:

The floor a bit dusty, but its manageable, they also provide vacuum cleaner.

The couch was dusty to the point ended having allergic reaction and sneezes that required antihistamine. Very narrow doorway into shower.

Good stay for short term holiday if doing lots of activities.
Pros:

Distance to places we went was relatively close, the pool and spa was very cleanly and enjoyable, room was decent (some issues), designated parking space was great.

Cons:

There was a bit of damage to the room, broken parts on cabinets, scuff marks on the walls, the air vent in the bathroom was loose. Just little things that we didn’t want to get accused of breaking.

It was ok, not sure it was worth the nightly rate I paid.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the room- tracks were so dusty, the curtains need to be replaced as very stained. The gas stove didn’t work which was disappointing as I booked an apartment to cook food. Lack of containers, odd amount tons plates/ saucers etc When I turned the oven on at power point the stove made a clicking sound every few minutes. The shower head kept dropping down, there was no washer.
