Pros:

Great locality with huge outdoor veranda.

Cons:

Furnishings like a uni share house, split leather couch sagging to the floor, outdoor table and chairs I would have taken to the dump. Would be great if these few things were replaced.

Property very dated but good location
Pros:

The location was handy to the train into the city. The view was nice overlooking the river

Cons:

The apartment was very dated. The windows you could feel the draft coming through and it was cold and noisy at night. Beds and pillows were average. Shower pressure was very bad. When we arrived it didn't even have any curtains in one bedroom which we complained about and they fixed within hours. They had heat pumps in each room but with the thin windows they lost alot of warmth.

While the construction is in progress, NG, otherwise fine.
Pros:

The place is fine. Not many restaurants nearby but lime scooters get you to a couple of areas in a few minutes.

Cons:

There is construction on a nearby site and the noise was terrible.
Needed to work from there for a few days and it was near impossible with jackhammers going from 6:30 am throughout the day. Apartments on the other side may have been ok.

Great "home" base...
Pros:

Convenient location for our activities, and late check-in/early departure processes were all easy. Well appointed space!
Only really used as a base so didn't get to try other facilities unfortunately!

Cons:

Room was starting to show its age with a few missing dividing doors, a difficult verandah door and kitchen cupboard, but nothing we couldn't manage.

Great stay
Pros:

Location and facilities are fantastic. The pool, spa and outdoor areas are lovely.
Views of the river from the apartment 🙌
2 bed 2 bath is very convenient and comfortable

Cons:

Furniture in lounge room and outdoor chairs are dated with some wear and tear.
Lounge seating for only 3 people- 2x 2 seater lounges would be appropriate

Great location, but cleanliness, safety concerns and poor value overshadowed the experience.
Pros:

Great location close to the city with a lovely view. The pool and facilities were also nice.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean on arrival, with evidence of mould and cockroaches. We were also disturbed by cigarette and drug smoke from a neighbouring apartment drifting directly into our bedroom through the windows. There was a discarded syringe in the lift which remained there until we checked out, despite it being reported several days earlier. Overall, the standard of cleanliness and safety did not reflect the price paid, and we did not feel the stay offered good value for money.

Pros:

Location for our needs

Cons:

Modern looking outside but very dated inside. Aircon in lounge area only. Despite online check in when we arrived the room was not ready. Asked to return in 1h. Back in an hour and half and still not ready. Moved to another room. All a bit messy. Not what I expected at $500 per night

Underwhelming. Would not stay again.

The apartment was grubby. The walls dirty. Furniture didn’t match. There was a wet table runner in the washing machine and rubbish in wardrobe.

no internet in room/ tv. It wasn't connected, I didn't spend too much of my own time trying to connect as I wasn't in room much. But I was wanting to watch something on fox sports.
