Pros:

Location was great, right near Southbank. Walking distance to everything! Many food eateries..Very comfortable bed and clean room. Great and friendly staff! Parking was easy and undercover. Will certainly return.

Easy, economical and in a great location
Pros:

I liked the location and the ease of checking in with the drop box after hours. The room was well appointed with all the kitchen things I would need for my stay

I thought that the bed was very very hard

Suited our needs perfectly.
Pros:

Free car parking! Easy to get to. Clean and welcoming.

Cons:

Nothing too much, but just to let you know, the microwave needs replacing . It is very noisy.

Great convenient and accessible would stay again

Cons:

I was on lower ground / floor neighbours upstairs were extremely noisy at night with moving furniture the bathroom fan makes a really loud noise when you use it

Our room was dated in looks and dark, but very close to both South Brisbane and West End.
Pros:

Great location for us working at the Exhibition Centre, and in walking distance to many restaurants and train station. The mattress was very comfortable and both ceiling fan and aircon worked well.

Cons:

Room 24 - the room and bathroom are very run down, not only dated in looks but old to use - the shower is inside the bath which has a large patch on it as an attempt to fix it, one of the taps of the shower fell off and all other amenities are scuffed and depressing to use. There's barely any natural light and in the balcony only one chair fits. Not last, the room next door is been worked on and we should have been warned at least... Trades were coming and going on the day of our arrival and the noise made having a rest difficult.

Great area - felt safe & very close to convention center
Pros:

Fantastic location - fairly quiet room, with parking & all you would need to stay in the city... very close to some great vegan & vege restaurants.

Cons:

Hate having zero connection to a human. All is run via AI it appears - guess its a sign of the times.

Room was a good size, nice to have a balcony with a door. Decent for the price.

Cons:

No contact with an actual person was tricky to find out info, difficult to find a carpark on the street to gain access to building & secure parking. Did not like homeless people sleeping in park across the road, did not feel safe. Room doors are heavy & slam loudly throughout building. I knew I would be back late & left light on in my room so I could see, did not like that it was turned off.

Clean property in great location!
Pros:

Clean apartment in great location, very close to all that South Brisbane has to offer.

The property was good - the only issue was a neighbourhood argument early in the morning that echoed throughout the hallway.
