Pros:

Well set up, good space. A little worn in places but clean.

Have stayed here at least three times in this unit. Love the position and ease to Southbank, casino, City, Westend, tran
Pros:

Position is excellent, beds comfy, lots of space

Cons:

Outdoor area is dirty and shelf on back of front door is covered with dust. Sadly air conditioners in bedroom and lounge were very noisy and not working well.

Good little apartment, will happily return.
Pros:

Clean tidy very comfortable bed!

Cons:

Needs the kitchen equipping a bit better. No small knifes needs more dishcloths

Didn't meet expectations
Pros:

Self check in was easy. Room well laid out. Bed comfortable.

Cons:

Bathroom wasn't as clean as expected (see photos). Carpark entry is very tight. Entry process is frustrating (key on other side of building, have to park and walk around to get access to the carpark). Back door lock very wobbly.

The location and bed were great, the rest could have been a lot better.
Pros:

The bed was really comfortable. The location was great, walkable to the river front and restaurants.

Cons:

The lounge room furniture, two seater couch and one chair, was very uncomfortable, both pieces small and hard. the chair had a broken leg and seemed to be missing the seat cushion. the kitchen was okay but not enough cutlery, only two forks and two knives. A broken glass casserole dish lid in the cupboard. The bathroom could use updating and overall everything was a bit rundown and dingy.

loud road noise and loud people on the street late at night, wouldn't recommend staying here if you are a light sleeper as we were woken a few times during our stay.

Convienent and quiet location.
Pros:

Conveniently located to restaurants, museums, art galleries and easy walking distance to public transport. Very secure with key entry in and around the premises.

Cons:

In need of a freshen up as a lot tireder than in the photos advertising. Not the standard I was expecting.
