Cons:

I booked this accommodation specifically for twin beds which was not what we got. We were not spoken to or acknowledged by reception staff. Walking up stairs with bags, 'no lift access' should be made clear.

It is a great location and electronic communication was very good.
The apartment was clean.

Cons:

The pool needs a railing for easier access if you are a little older as otherwise it is difficult to get in & out of.
I also felt the unproved/unpressed pillow case was really poor.
The air-conditioning control in the lounge room did not work. And because when I was there, no staff were in reception.......non contact is ok, but it really feels very lacking in so many ways.
The lounge was pretty average .....again lack of care in presentation.

Pros:

Didn't know there was breakfast

Cons:

Some safety handles in the shower quite hard to get in and out without slipping lucky the toilet close to hangon to but still a fall risk

The property was excellent regarding our stay in Brisbane we booked for 7 days . The staff on shift were very helpful .

Une parfaite proximité avec South Bank

Nous avons choisi cet établissement pour sa proximité avec South Bank. Et nous n'avons pas du tout été déçus. Nous avons pu aller fêter le Nouvel An à pied ; et visiter le centre-ville sans avoir à prendre de voiture.
Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un appartement en rez-de-jardin, ce qui nous a parfaitement convenu avec un bébé en poussette.

Cons:

L'appartement est très bien dans son ensemble. Seul bémol, sa configuration : devoir passer par la chambre pour aller à la salle d'eau et aux wc, quand bébé dort c'est peu pratique.

Lovely large apartment great access to best parts of city. It’s not the ritz but cheap and cheerful

Fantastic location for south bank and west end. Great big apartment with washing machine and dryer and access to pool. Apartment was clean bit old but huge rooms and great air con ..

Cons:

It’s a bit aged but it’s not expensive. Also check in with copious emails is much less complicated than it sounds.
