Absolutely brilliant.
Pros:

The room and bathroom were very clean, and the complementary products offered (shower gel, moisturizer etc..) were absolutely divine, and the bed was very comfortable. The minibar was stocked well, and the restaurant was very inviting, the food was absolutely delicious. All staff were very friendly, helpful, happy but still professional.

Nothing really. Perhaps reception till a little late but after hours access is fine and staff was very clear with instructions on how to access. All good.
