Good spot, price a bit expensive but nice stay thank you
Pros:

i asked to have a room close to my friends and was moved from 5th floor to 12th floor to be closer. Rooms were nice, I booked a movie and fell asleep then watched it again in the morning. Wasn't really there long enough to do anything else.
Tram was handy for what we were in Adelaide to do.

Cons:

I called the day before to ask to be put up on 12th floor to be close to my friends and man said he would. When checked in it was not done and the lady had to change the rooms for me

Best place to stay during AVCON
Pros:

Thank you to Ryzaq, Emma & Adam - they truly made my stay extremely pleasant and comfortable. The car park facilities are extremely convenient, despite the cost being a bit steep, the staff were transparent and offered alternatives to ensure we got our money's worth.
The space was perfect, the balcony was incredible and I wish to stay there again!

Dated and dirty
Pros:

Sheets were dirty, hairs and fluff when we pulled back top sheet to hop into bed. Yuck. Bathroom door had grimy hand marks around handles-basic cleaning missed. Staff member was lovely and gave us another room. Overall it states the hotel is newly refurbished but to me is still very dated, curtains and awful, there is still a stereo system in the room (odd) aircon/heating unit old and slow to work. Would never recommend or stay here again.

If you need to be South of the CBD, this is a suitable place to stay.
Pros:

The staff were great
The room and ammenities were adequate

Cons:

Parking was available but separate to property.
It was appreciated of course that an arrangement was possible.

Excellent location and apartment to stay in Adelaide
Pros:

Business or Pleasure, best place to live in Adelade,we stayed for 40 days.
Tram stop in front of hotel and free towards CBD,third stop is Rundle Mall and 5 min walk to Central Market & China town food street.2 min walk to IGA local grocery store.
10 min walk to Masjid.
