Pros:

Lovely staff and nice and spacious.

Cons:

Depending on which rooms you’re in there aren’t blockout blinds or curtains which affects sleep.

The location and size of room.

Cons:

No car parking in the building . Being charged at huge cost to use my debit card to pay for my accommodation not happy at this ridiculous amount!!
Request a quiet room and give a room at the front of the building. Lucky able to change to the back.

Friendly staff, great location
Pros:

Location was great, short trip to/from airport, city and very easy to navigate. Tram stop right outside, few stops away from Rundle mall if you need to do some shopping or looking for somewhere to eat. Room size was sufficient as there were 4 of us, overall a great place to stay

Cons:

We hired a car during our stay, so it was just street parking and most were 2P so we did have to move car during the day, luckily over the weekend we didn’t have to pay for parking after 12pm. If you opted for secure parking you’d have to walk down and across the road, and $28 per night.

Fantastic
Pros:

We loved the spacious accommodation. It was extremely clean. It had everything we needed and wanted & the view was lovely. The location was everything. Walked out the front door and straight onto a free tram; amazing. A special mention to the ‘diffuser’ they use in the entrance; the smell is spectacular & welcoming (as opposed to that musty smell in most accommodations)

Cons:

We found the instructions on the ‘car park sheet’ a bit confusing, particularly the first instruction/ diagram, that didn’t exist.
