Good position

Cons:

Rooms very very small. Front rooms faced the road very noisey and gardeners started mowing lawn at 0630

Great spot in the centre of town, evening entertainment was great, staff were lovely. Really good meals at good prices.

Could do with refurbishment and redecoration in the bedrooms, especially the bathroom.
