You must show a valid credit card and photo ID upon check in. These must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.

Loud Party in room next door going til
4am. Then another room up and noisy at 5am room stunk of stale fish and chips when we arrived. Asked for another room - could not do - instead offered to reclean. Glass door locks broken to patio/ so could not secure room. Almost no toilet paper in bathroom and no new roll. We had to go and ask for some! . .
