Important information:

You must show a valid credit card and photo ID upon check in. These must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.

Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card.

Great stay apart from unequiped kitchen.
Pros:

Loved the way the apartment was set up, everything was clean and worked perfectly

Cons:

Was a self contained apartment but lacked bare essential cooking equipment and cooking utensils. Only had 3 bowls and plates etc. no mixing bowls no spatula or tongs or oven mitts. Could cook, but was made difficult by the lack of kitchen essentials.

Staff were very friendly,y and helpful. Apartment was very well laid out and well stocked. Squeaky clean! The bed was extremely comfortable. Very quiet.

Great hotel. I wasn’t expecting much for the price. It was so cute and the staff were amazing. So friendly, thanks for a great stay we will be back again every trip to brissy

Worth it, but a little extra service goes a long way
Pros:

Great room size, with large living area, very clean and quiet. Very clean room and everything you need in the big room.

Cons:

Mo room view, we were looking straight at another building on the back apartments but still amazing value for money. However i left my medication by accident and they're charging me $50 to post it to me, which would cost under $10... it's really let my whole experience down, especially as they were so helpful and friendly there.
