Unit was well presented, comfy bed
Pros:

Room was well presented and clean, but unfortunately the air cons when switched on leaked lots of water. Spoke to Reception and they were unable to get anyone to fix. I was offered a refund and the opportunity to find somewhere else to stay. We were completely exhausted from our Medical appointments and this just not an option for us. We stayed in this very hot apartment.

Cons:

Aircon drains blocked and they leaked. Had to turn off and it was extremely humid.

Amazing, will definitely be back!
Pros:

The location was perfect, close to everything! The room was lovely, clean and so spacious! The staff were exceptional as I needed a late check in and they were so helpful!! Would definitely be staying here again next trip!

Cons:

Nothing major just needed extra toilet rolls lol

It was a reasonably comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Very simple and basic no frills.
Pros:

Smooth check-in process. Clear instructions. Polite communication when engaged. Parking simple yet first-in-best-pick.

Cons:

The second I opened the door, the room stunk like wet musty mould. Good efforts to clean. Sadly the Aircon leaks like a sieve and rather than fix the issue, they place an old towel on the carpet underneath it, I presume to soak up the leak after you turn it on. I only realised this in the morning, when after a full night's sleep, walking to the bathroom I got cold drips on me that were feeding the giant wet patch on the carpet next to the bathroom. The old towel was so wet that it looked like it had been hosed and so did the ~ 1m patch of carpet around it. That's just poor form, even if you only focus on the stink when you open the door.

Great Apartment
Pros:

Lovely apartment. Great location.
I feel that utensils should be checked periodically for faults.
But the Brazilian receptionist was very helpful when we had problems with equipment in the apartment. Frypan handle was falling off and the iron didn't work. Resolved quickly.

Cons:

Parking then having to walk all the way around to the front with luggage. And the walkway was very slippery in the rain.

Great location, everything you need in the apartment, just some minor upgrading and maintenance needed
Pros:

Location is good. Easy walk to restaurants and town centre

Cons:

We have stayed here before, our only problem is noisy air conditioners, one leaks on the carpet on the lounge area and the couch on the lounge is uncomfortable

Not recommended until water issues are fully fixed, as they affected our stay and required follow-up
Cons:

The apartment had significant water pooling in the main living area (see attached photo). The carpet was very wet, which didn’t seem consistent with the explanation that it was just residual moisture from previous air-conditioning work.

The issue got worse during our stay. We didn’t escalate it at the time to avoid disrupting a family birthday celebration, but we contacted management immediately after checkout with photos.

A partial refund was eventually provided, but only after repeated follow-up. Future guests may want to check that this issue has been fully resolved.
