We had a fantastic stay. Will definitely stay here again

Easy to get to- walking distance to where we needed to go

Cons:

Air conditioner leaked considerably on the carpet. Told reception so they would action. If not actioned will be a very expensive exercise to fix. Was not nice to walk into a soggy carpet

Pros:

The apartment was really large, well furnished and yhee kitchen had plenty of plates, utilities etc. Beds were very comfortable.

Excellent accommodation beyond value for the money and the loveliest people on reception
Pros:

We were there as my son had passed and Mathew and the other two ladies were so wonderful to me as I was very tired and emotional when I was checking out

Pros:

Lovely friendly staff

Cons:

Could benefit from a luggage trolley and also access from car park to door near car park which currently isn’t accessible from outside, you have to walk around the building in the dark to get inside. Beds weren’t very comfortable. Other facilities and room ammenities were good.
