Good location with nearby restaurants and convenience store within walking distance.

Cons:

Level 1 apartment you could hear the foyer door slam every time someone used it. Also the lack of a lock on the bathroom door.

Good value, great location
Pros:

Very comfortable and the apartment had everything that you need for a short stay. The location is great being central to the CBD, bars/restaurants and a short walk to the football stadium.

Cons:

In one of the bedrooms there was no curtain over the high window allowing lots of light in at night and when the sun comes up.
