Over all it was ok
Pros:

Just like the ezy way to get in and location was fine. Clean and tidy as well.

Cons:

Check in time was 4 pm far too late for us had to sit around waiting to get in 😕. And then we had to be out by 9.30 am. Almost 7 hrs out of 24 not good enough.

We enjoyed our stay but the apartment needs some maintenance
Pros:

We liked the location and the layout of the apartment. Sarah was lovely to deal with over the phone.

Cons:

The room was locked when I got there, the hot water was not working when we arrived, the central heating was intermittent, two of the shower heads were pretty much broken and were spraying water all over the bathrooms.

Well appointed little apartment in great location. Second bedroom a bit claustrophobic.
Pros:

Amazing location. Kitchen lounge areas very comfortable. Main bedroom was comfortable.

Cons:

Second bedroom was claustrophobic. Pump sound during the first night and the last night.

Pros:

Next to Eagle express. Location excellent.

Cons:

The dryer is not working properly, which is very frustrating.
The gym downstairs uses barbells, and even after 9 PM, we. can still hear them dropping multiple times, causing the whole room to shake. It's quite uncomfortable.
When too many people take showers in a row, there is no hot water left.

Love the view

Cons:

Should provide some instant packets coffee or tea.
Have coffee machine but don’t have capsules.

And we don’t like the dining chairs as most of everyone being hit down or get hurt from the chair.

Location is very good

Cons:

No heating system, only one portable heater provided which is not enough for 2 bedrooms accommodation. Message the responsible staff but no any feedback.
No coffee provided.
Mattress is too hard for us.
