Picturesque and peaceful location

Beautiful waterfront location with heated pool and dining options

Cons:

A number of stairs from lower level parking. Lifts only from level 3. Our room air conditioner heating wasn’t working however room service provided a small fan heater. Some miscommunication from staff re need to book a table for dinner and also when coffee etc could be obtained from other than breakfast area

No sleep from noise but still a nice stay
Pros:

Clean, nice decor, fish tank, warm large pool and spa, large restaurant, beautiful views, live music, football on TV and good number of bars.

Cons:

Smelt like a sewer on entry. Very loud doors which meant I couldn’t sleep as people came and left the hotel at all hours. Downstairs room was awful with no window and I felt very claustrophobic! Reception moved us to a carpark room and it was better.

Nice facilities security staff were hostile with every patron.

Cons:

Security staff were rude and agressive, a islander woman was hostile and stalking us all night. We were constantly being watched like we were in prison. We complained to Carlos and Simon to be quickly ejected from the club because they say we were argumentative even though we had only had 3 drinks.
