Pros:

It's a one-stop solution which could fulfill the needs of the whole family, you won't feel bored to stay in the hotel and enjoy all your time there for 2-3 days. My kids love the pool, love the food and I have enjoyed the vibe and band music there. Will definitely go there again.

Cons:

There was false alarm 3 times before the night I returned, didn't sleep well on the night and my kids were awake because of the loud noice.

Lovely setting, at $600 a night in Toukley it was overpriced.
Pros:

Room was clean. Nice layout with outdoor garden and nice views etc.

Cons:

Smells at sunset when the tide goes down.
Pool was dirty. No table service around the pool.
No massage spa service.
Expensive for what it offered.
No guides to cute restaurants or cafes.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. Opt for a room with Water views!
Pros:

Gemma at Reception was so lovely, a wonderful first impression. Our room had amazing views of the water, perfect for Sunset and Sunrise, I could sit all day on the balcony enjoying the views. The bed was SO comfortable and we liked the addition of the little lounge chair, it too was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, modern and spacious. Even the Housekeeping staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

We had breakfast in the Restaurant one morning, the restaurant has water views, which was lovely. The coffee and Omelette were delicious but sadly the hot buffet let the overall experience down. We felt the breakfast options a little overpriced for what was available. The cleanliness of the tables could improve.

Pros:

Morning view from balcony

Cons:

The food was disappointing, food from restaurant was repeatedly overcooked, breakfast did not meet expectations. Not enough seating around pool for number of guests (although a fenced off pergola is next to pool), pool had a black mould on walls and floor of pool. Room aircon is set as highest temperature of 20 degrees, should be up to 24. Door lock was faulty.
