Wonderful stay and will return again
Pros:

Excellent location, easily walking to all the conveniences in the neighborhood with a very nice restaurant downstairs. We enjoyed the full kitchen as well.

We should have stayed longer

Fabulous location
Pros:

Great location, everything you need to cater for yourself so you feel at home in the city. The staff were super friendly and our apartment balcony even had a view of the new year fireworks. This was our second stay and won’t be our last.

Sehr gutes Hotel in hervorragender Lage.
Pros:

Schön großes und sehr hübsches Studio. Schickes Bad mit neuen Installationen und außergewöhnlich guten Pflegeprodukten. Leider wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, aber ausreichend im Zimmer. Ausreichend Steckdosen. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles super sauber. WLAN völlig okay. Nettes und hilfreiches Personal. Kleiner kostenloser Parkplatz (wichtig; auf der Straße muss man tagsüber bezahlen). Alles wie auf den Fotos.
Hervorragende Lage: Innenstadt und Kings Park fußläufig zu erreichen.

Die Lage, das Café und die Aussicht.

Cons:

Es war insgesamt zu laut durch den Verkehrslärm. Und das Haus gegenüber wurde tagsüber geputzt (Fensterreinigung mit lauten Kompressioren). Der Parkplatz war bei voller Auslastung etwas eng.

The bed was confortble

Cons:

Dirty property overall, dated and messy furniture, no privacy at all. The room had an access door to the other room and you can hear every breath of or noise from your neighbours
