Pros:

Very basic for the price, but the staff were lovely and it is close to the city and Botanic Gardens. Smoking is allowed on balconies.

Cons:

I was told there was no room service upon arrival, however someone came to change my towels while I was out, and they let a wasp in while they were at it. Mini-fridge froze everything solid.

Very well located, great value for money!
Pros:

Very well located.
Had a little kitchen with a stove, it facilitated a lot for us that like to cook specially breakfast sometimes.
We loved that they offered body lotion, shampoo, hair conditioning and soap of a very good quality, it really helped and was very nice of them!
Plus, they have a wonderful cafe downstairs! It was just very delicious and facilitated our schedule!
Plus plus: they have a parking lot! Not all of them do! It was full sometimes but definitely helped again, as we had a rented car!

Overall, it was a very good value for money!

Cons:

The shower a bit unstable. Could easily get too cold or hot while somebody opened the dink tap!

Hidden gem Perth CBD great place to stay . Quiet at night, great breakfast spot right next door.
Pros:

Great place to stay,really close to the convention centre and Perth CBD. A hidden gem of a place,very quiet at night,we felt safe and relaxed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The beautiful king's park is right there as well if you have time to see that, you can walk there, have a picnic, take some great photos. This lovely little hotel is on a tree lined street, there's a great breakfast spot right next door, definitely worth staying, wish we could have stayed longer!
Beds were comfy, room was great!!

Cons:

There is limited parking at this hotel, there are some parking spaces on the quiet tree lined street out front and are available on a first there first in basis, meaning the spaces aren't numbered or reserved so if you leave that spot someone else could park there and you would have to park elsewhere. This didn't bother us because we travelled by train so didn't need parking, just thought it was worth a mention if you're traveling by car.
