Pros:

The staff, hotel facilities and room location are all good.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet can be improve as the food were slow in replenishment and as it was a long weekend/full house crowd... there were not enough food if you come in after 9.15am, as there were many empty containers at the food station.

We had a lovely family holiday and everyone was so friendly, all the staff and management couldn't do enough for us.
