Pros:

Great location, 5 min walk to local cafe, shops and water front. Great amenities including large spa bath and pool, very spacious and very comfy bed with high quality linen. Newly renovated, looks modern. Good parking at rear of buiding. Would stay here again.

Cons:

High side of price point. Only a small detail but the grey hand towels and face towels seemed quite worn and not in line with the rest of the higher quality amenities.

Beautiful apartment, short walk to the center, very clean and renovated.

Cons:

Everything was great. Air conditioning does not cool enough for the entire apartment. When the sun hits the windows, a lot of heat can be felt close to the windows.

Enjoyable for a couple of days.
Pros:

Spacious living room and kitchen area. Good swimming pool.

Cons:

Layout was odd, cramped bedrooms with small en-suite in one. Nowhere to put suitcases or clothes - had to resort to the corridor.
Noisy from other guests one night but proprietor intervened effectively.
Property is on a main road but not noisy in bedrooms .

Overall, a great experience and recommended
Pros:

Great location, comfortable bedding (appreciated the flat sheets before/around the doona) and beds, new and clean bathrooms (one was quite spacious) with hooks for towels, easy access from parking area, easy check-in and responsive/friendly hosts

Cons:

Air-conditioning in the bedrooms would have been good. The fans were fine but not sufficient (or you had to turn them on quite high making it uncomfortable to sleep) if the nights were hot and humid. We ended up sleeping with the windows open on those nights.
