Great value and location!

Manager cannot be trusted and they owe us about $1600

There was major construction noise from the unit next door from 7:00am in the morning. We were promised a refund for 3 nights by the resort staff and by a customer service member at Bookings.com and as a result we left and found alternate accommodation. It turns out the manager has gone back on our agreement and he has not refunded the 3 nights accommodation and he has also kept our $500 bond. Do not book here, the manager cannot be trusted. We will be taking matters further with the Ombudsman and the ACCC.

Nice place but needs a few updates.
Pros:

Great location away from the crowds right on the water. Nice pool, BBQ area and beach area.

Cons:

Our apartment said it had aircon but only had aircon in up stairs bedrooms. Bed was extremely hard. Couch and living room chairs were also super uncomfortable. No staff on the weekend so couldn’t get rackets to place tennis.

Fabulous stay! Wish we could have stayed for longer. We will definitely be back.
Pros:

East process to check in. It is right in the heart of Noosa. Our room was right at the fabulous pools and bbq area with the river just through a walkway. We had our own courtyard front and back. The bedrooms were great and the full kitchen was full of all necessary equipment plus more.

We had a lovely time and would go back again

Cons:

The fan in lounge is very slow, there was three people and only two towels for main bedroom, no face washers. The cleaners need to pick up the two cane mate and vacuum all the sand from under them… everything else was fantastic

Lovely spacious accommodation with a resort style pool made our stay feel at home and enjoyable.

Loved the space within the accomodation it was nicely decked out with lovely furniture and the pool is a lovely oasis.
