Please employ and train staff to understand how a hotel should be maintained and operated then a good review could be posted.

All the staffs are very helpful & kind,
the food is ok but can be improved
The room is very clean,
Overall I have a nice visit in this hotel,
Would like to back if go to this city somewhere in the future..

The menu is varied and i really like it. But too bad my family got smoking room, cause the non smoking room is full. It a bit annoyed me that eventhough the room has exhaust fan and already sprayed with airfreshner, but the residual cigarette odor still left all over the bed including the pillow. So i was uncomfortable to sleep at night cause of the odor.
But hopefully next time when i want to stay in this hotel i can get non smoking room. Will come back another time insyaAllah.

Best Aston so far, the room is very cozy and the breakfast is delicious. There are so many variations of foods and they taste so good. A little bit of notes is for cuko because it is too sweet for me.
A little bit disappointed is for fitness facilities, is too much of a rush on the equipment.
The staff is helpful and friendly.

Room was nice, no odor, good lighting, only a little spot on the blanket. I love to hear that Aston Hotel implement environmental care by preparing a water pitcher ​​in the room which can be refilled using the gallon water dispenser in the room corridor instead of plastic bottle water as usual. Service from Belido Restaurant Staff was good, food delicious also, the cleanliness of the area is also good. Even though this hotel only has 2 lifts, it moves quickly so you don't have to wait long even if there are many guests staying. Then my first disappointment was during check-in process, i forget her name but staff didn't show and friendly gesture or attitude, didn't even smile, process too slow, looks confused, distracted mind, didn't even register the vehicle number plate correctly so I had to go back to the front desk when I was right in front of the exit gate. There is no staff on duty at gym area and swimming pool, going there planing to excercise on treadmill first but ended up beeing disappointed by second time. They didn't even plug in the cable, it was off, even though I plugged it in and turned it on, I was confused about how to operate it, I pressed all the buttons but none of them worked and there was no one there I could ask. In the end I just swam there, good they put a new towel on the table so I could take it straight away without having to look for any staff. Its only 40% chance i will come back here again.

best experience with my family and can't wait to staycation in here again, very enjoyed with all menu in resto, clean n i hope can be here as soon as possible. all staff here very kind n helpfull, so what are u waiting for?

Going back to Jakarta, after attending my business relation wedding reception. The food was awful and extremely salty. I wonder why the hotel is rated four stars.
The two nights stay was still acceptable.

Nice hotel to stay. It quite far from town center. You need to get ride to go anywhere.

This has got to be one of the best value for money hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Good service, very clean and well provisioned room, great breakfast. I used the pool and small gym each day. If I was to give any comments for future customers, some visitors may find it useful to know that alcohol is a little hard to get in the hotel and city.

Although we went at the wrong timing, during the Hari Raya holidays, the staff are quite helpful & there’s a pool for us to go for a dip as well as the shopping malls are nearby so at least we could busy ourselves doing what facilities are available for us. There are good TV channels for choices too.

The breakfast buffet quite impressive too. Oh the hotel staff are quite efficient to our various needs such as blown up light bulb or sudden WiFi disappearance.

The only disappointment is not many of the staff can communicate in English.
