The location was excellent, just a 2–3 minute walk from the beach, which made it very convenient to go surfing. Overall, the condominium was very spacious with two bedrooms and a balcony. It also had great facilities like a pool and a sauna. The beach was within walking distance, so the location was fantastic. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, which made our stay very comfortable.

Cons:

On the other hand, the area is very quiet, so even going to buy groceries felt a bit far to walk. I wanted to use Uber, but it didn’t work very well in the Coolangatta area of the Gold Coast. It was usually fine in the morning, but in the evening it was often unavailable, which was quite inconvenient. I realized that having a rental car would probably be necessary

We will definitely be returning. Proximity to the beach, shops and entertainment we excellent. Absolutely loved the view
Pros:

The apartment was fantastic, very roomy, neat and tidy and the pool was sublime. Everything was kept clean and excellently presented by the lovely welcoming managers.

Cons:

A previous person had not cleaned the cookware very well before putting it away.

Great location and the apartment was large. The pool was extremely clean and was cleaned and water checked daily. The bbq area was great. The management team were exceptional

Great sea views and breezes from this comfortable apartment.
Pros:

Great position, one street back from the esplanade and with quite expansive views over the water from two large gaps in the front buildings. Great ocean breezes, lovely to watch the surfers at the beach from our large balcony. As we arrived on a Sunday we didn't meet the staff - entry was via a coded lockbox which worked perfectly. We had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Ocean View apartment, which we were very happy with. Our USA guest had 2 x singles in her room, while we had a queen sized bed. Both bathrooms were not terribly fashionable but very workable. Kitchen had most things we needed except for a coffee machine, but had all basic supplies such as instant coffee/tea/toilet paper/UHT milk etc. Parking under the building was from the rear street (one way downhill). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Brilliant...cant wait to go again
Pros:

Location was perfect, walking distance to the main part of Coolangatta. Beach only a short walk away. Room was also great 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen & 2 bathrooms. Brilliant view. Pool was fantastic also. Really enjoyed our stay & would love to visit again. Was nice too to be greeted at reception on arrival, also we saw the managers a few times throughout the stay & they were just so friendly & lovely :)
