I get broken bed at room 411 and next i get broken door from 211. Please note this part thank tou

The stuff are very polite and nice, but building condition is very bad.

Hotel just provide standard room to me instead of standard deluxe room. The receptionist said even deluxe room do not have sofa,the online picture is cheating people.

Room and toilet are dirty with rubbish left over in the room.

the stay was the first experience for me at a budget hotel. value for money for a cheap price with the facilities provided. comfortable bed and aircond. bathroom was clean too.

cleanliness needs to be improved. the aircond works and the bed was comfortable. got the room so cheap.

The room side is really below standard.
The TV channel is fixed to TV1, not changeable, no technical support available.

Being adventurous is my basic instinct, but I should have gone camping. Very basic and that is from the room to the service. If you have a choice sleep on a bench outside, it would be more comfortable. This time I really disappointed my friends. There are better places.

This hotel is absolutely terrible. Here are some reasons why:

• Running water in the hallway
• WiFi does not reach the rooms and is painfully the slowest in all of Malaysia
• Way too far from Kuala Lumpur (although there is a train station, Taman Midah, right down the road; walking distance)
• Disgusting and stained bed sheets
• Room 309 has missing floor tiles
• Bathroom door is see-through
• No refunds
• Sketchy neighborhood
• Elevator might break on you

Please do NOT book this hotel. It is not the fault of the workers, but the poor management.

Veldig god services fra den dama og sønnen hennes på hotellet. Han hjelpet å bære bagasjer når forlot hotellet. MRT Midah er bare 150m fra hotellet.

Very very spartan. Walk up two flights of stairs above 24-hour coffee shop to lobby/registration. Double bed takes up nearly all of floor space. Shower/toilet no separation, Window overlooking roadside hawkers ~ quite noisy with heavy traffic. We reluctantly opted for this one night accommodations as we drove up from Singapore to attend wake/funeral at Xiao En Centre accross Jalan Cheras. Nevertheless....for RM67 per room per night, you get what you paid for.

Check in staff was not friendly. Cannot provide receipt when I checkout.

overall it offer a very good price compare to the location and room condition. lift a bit smelly and because it so close to heavy traffic road the loud sound from the road traffic a bit disturbing

overall ok. room is clean, staff friendly, location is good with many local stalls nearby

If you just want a clean and cheap place then you can come here. RM 80-90 for 2 adults. No beach or mountain view. Got road and 'mrt in process' view only. or no window at all. downstairs got 24 hours mamak. no worry about food. nearby many food stores chinese food, indian food, malay food all got. 7-11, kk mart , chinese tradisional herbal shop also got.

When i arrive there is nobody in the counter, doors locked from outside, the staff comes and register me really slow whiles eating. The rooms is ok with the price. But the place is good spot for shop and market surround. A bit hard to find car park

Pls inform to the hotel management team or the owners they service terrible n customer service personnel been very rude to all the customers n all always so many reasons coming up n today I'm asking the customer service personnel to make up my room in the morning 9.30am n went im coming back again at 6.30pm still a same not done really sucks hell of service terrible

Hotel is very basic. The staff tried to be accommodating for example I asked for extra pillow and it was delivered to my door at no extra cost. There is hot water but it is outside the room at common corridor. The water pressure in the toilet shower was very poor and water volume came out of shower in small flow. That makes it hard to wash ladies long hair. I have no complaints for location as it is near street food outlets which Kuala Lumpur is famous for.
If it is not for the fact that I have to attend my close relative's funeral service, I would not have spent the night in this hotel. So for location and convenience, I have not much to complaint about.
I believe the hotel can improve in it's wifi connection as I could not get wifi in my room on the 3rd level.
