Great AirCon
Somewhat dated, cooker and dishwasher were out of action.
The owner was clearly carrying out improvements so don’t want to be too negative. We actually really enjoyed our stay here. The views were amazing!

The location is fantastic.
The room was clean and quiet
The bed was very comfortable.
Location is great. The outside of the building is not the nicest and there was work going on on the street. Steps up to Buliding make it quite awkward and there is no lift inside. Facilities good for self catering. We had a room with a view of the beach. Just across the road from the bus stop to Museum where you can catch the metro to various points of interest.
A little dated. Could do with a spruce up - but comfortable all the same.

Amazing location. Room was very clean. Windows opened wide and was quiet enough, even on a Fri night, to sleep with them open. Was even a little kitchenette and small fridge in the room which was unexpected.
Check-In procedure was easy as well as checkout.
Room facilities and shower a bit tired and dated but still all fully functional.

Car parking a problem.
Beautiful location but hotel itself not conducive to anyone who isn't strong physically or medically as there is no lift, only steep curving stairs to level 2. My bedroom looked on to a wall a metre away. The window was open but when I tried to adjust it a bit it slammed shut and jammed. Luckily the AC worked. Security was dicey as I returned the key I opened the heavy front door with to the outside box. There were no staff anywhere when I left at 8:30am and the evening before when I arrived at 5:10pm the ramp that led up to the entrance was blocked and there was no indication how else to reach the front door.
This converted building is NOT a 4star hotel. Anyone needing help overnight would find none as there is nobody there except from 9/10am to 5pm
and nobody responded when I tried the contact suggested. Its advertising is very misleading.
