The location is amazing.
Opposite the beach and 2mins walk from the bus. Great variety of restaurants, pubs and cafes all within 5 minutes walk.
Rooms are very comfortable and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Cuisine de l’espace commun partiellement accessible, on ne peut pas y cuisiner (plaques interdites d’utilisation) ce qui était vraiment dommage.
The hotel is right on the beach, and easily accessed via bus links from CBD or the airport. It's just a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Coogee, and can easily join the Coogee-Bondi or Coogee-Maroubra walks.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and kept up good communication before and during my stay.
Room was a decent size, shower was good and the air conditioning worked fine.
The room, especially the bathroom, could've been a big t cleaner, but I was only there one night so not a huge issue.
When I stayed, you could only access via the steps at the front. There is not completely level access to the property. Not an issue for me, but for those who need it this hotel is not unfortunately not suitable.

The managers should not have taken over the lobby / lounge area for their personal space. It used to be for the hotel guests. They should share the washing machine and kitchen with the hotel guests, who are paying a lot to stay there.
Awesome location, friendly staff - Irfan was so lovely and accommodating with a late checkout. Older style building with personality and quirkiness
Cleaning could have been a bit more meticulous.

The current managers have taken away what used to be the lounge room / hotel lobby for their own family room. They have also taken over the washing machine and say it is for their exclusive use. There used to be a shared kitchen here with simple breakfast and snack foods. That is all gone now. What a pity. This used to be a fun place to stay.
Great location room was large.
It’s run down inside and out, cleanliness needs improvement- there was a sock under the bed and previous guest stuff in the fridge, wrong key was in the key safe with no WiFi signs until the room so unable to contact staff for assistance, gap between the door meant light from the hallway comes through all night.
Convenient location: opposite Coogee beach and proximity to cafes, bars, restaurants and buses. Also 4hr free parking in street
Room 4 was fairly dark, needed lights on in middle of day. Original tiles remain on walls in hall and lovely old plaster ceilings in rooms but decor is patchy.
