Never come back here again for the price. There is some other better options to choose from in Hochiminh city.
Pros:

the room is spacious, bigger than enough for 2 people.

Cons:

the facilities in the room is too old, basic toiletries is very bad, u need to buy your own one. Portable A/C makes it bad experience for people having allergies and the room is without window.

Pros:

The size of the appartment was quite large two bedroom one bed on suite shouldn't think be a problem to fit six people . 4 people comfortably
We were on the 16th floor so had a good view towards the city not bad for price

Cons:

The whole block was a little dated needs upgrading
For a tall block of apartments only one lift in service.
Didn't feel as though the air con was even on when entering property
