Beautiful property
Pros:

Excellent facilities, exceptional quality gym equipment, great design, friendly team, great location, amazing pool

Cons:

Oddly early check out time of 10am, given comparable properties are usually 11am

Request for vegetarian substitute for bacon at breakfast couldn’t be accommodated

Cleaning of room didn’t occur (albeit we requested for it to be after 2:30 so unsure if it was our fault / couldn’t be accommodated)

Great facilities! So nice to have everything in the one place.
Pros:

Loved the hotel facilities - pool, spa and dining. Room was spacious & breakfast was perfect in the dining room each day.

Cons:

Our room was next to the hotel back kitchen entrance. (Deliveries & staff) At 7am each day the staff blasted music which came into our room and woke us up. Not very nice to experience when you’re having a quiet / relaxing stay and trying to unwind and have slow mornings.
There was also a fragrant scent around the hotel venue mainly in the lobby space that lead to the rear carpark which was awful. We tried not to breathe it in everytime. My husband hated it and I was definitely not comfortable breathing it in especially as I’m pregnant and avoiding artificial scents.

Modern, comfortable and well located hotel.
Pros:

Hotel was very well located with walkable access to shops, cafes and restaurants. Room was modern and very comfortable. Very good breakfast included in restaurant with water views. Pool looked great but weather during our stay prevented use. Parking was no problem next to room.

Cons:

Having to walk outside in the rain to get from room to the restaurant / reception.

Pros:

The old part of the hotel was beautiful. The food is the asian restaurant downstairs was incredible. The staff were friendly. The rooms were lovely, and beds comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had a few mishaps. Our key did not work when we arrived, so we were left standing in the rain and cold for a very long time. Our complementary breakfast did not arrive on the last day after we ordered, and unfortunately we had a ferry to catch, so this was disappointing.

This was a beautiful mini vacay for us and the perfect location to explore both Portsea and Sorrento
Pros:

We loved the whole feel of this beautiful hotel.We were fortunate to be upgraded to a terrace pool view which had a wonderful outlook and was extremely spacious.Coastal luxury.The staff at checkin were very welcoming and set the tone for the rest of our stay.The pool area was stunning.

A very welcome & generally relaxing stay.
Pros:

Location close to town & the comfort level of the room & facilities.

Cons:

We found accessing the room from the main building via the side street a little awkward (& imagine it would be worse if there was the rain), & finding carparks in the late afternoon & evening was challenging.
