Relaxing stay in a beautiful hotel, with attentive, professional staff.
Pros:

Location, staff were exceptional, room, very clean and comfortable. Lobby bar for guests is wonderful, pickleball court on the roof great fun.

Cons:

I would not book suites that are not located in the main building due to construction noise.

Pros:

The bed was super comfortable, the staff were excellent.
I am vegan and they catered for me extremely well which is so refreshing!!

Great weekend getaway and good location.
Pros:

Staff really nice and helpful, rooms were really nice and the breakfast foods were really good.

Cons:

The pool is a great addition but not heated. Paid a fair bit of money and would love to use it with comfort. Was a cold swim but nice length and depth.

Wonderfully renovated property with exceptional service
Pros:

Beautiful property and a wonderful stay for my husband and I. We will most definitely be coming back in summer to enjoy the pool and weather. We are in our forties and didn’t bring the kids (it’s a child free establishment) and found the general patronage was 55+. You could easily spend a few days here relaxing with the spa, restaurant and bar onsite, short walk to Main Street precinct. We received free upgraded room in the renovated part of the hotel and the view onto the bay was stunning.

Simply Amazing was the highlight of our trip.
Pros:

The Sorrento Hotel is absolutely amazing in every way. From the time we arrived it was so welcoming once we booked in we were shown around the hotel and escorted to our room which was such a nice touch. This hotel is quality and would highly recommend.

Cons:

Nothing absolutely loved it.

Magnificent place
Pros:

A magnificent hotel in a stunning location. Our room had a wonderful view from the lounge area and was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The hotel offered various areas for dining and drinks including a rooftop bar and the newly renovated pool area was amazing. Breakfast was delicious with a extensive menu
