Rooms were very clean and spacious. Bathrooms excellent. Very quiet.
Breakfast menu a bit limited due to main dining area being refurbished.
Friendly staff, modern room, good amenities and location
We were in one of the Coastal Rooms, which we thought would have a coastal view, but overlooked a carpark and into other apartments across the road.
Breakfast was great. Room was clean and tidy. Good location to shops.
The alarm went of at 7am. Extremely loud telling us to evacuate. Called the front desk, they said it was an error. Not compensated at all. Extremely frustrating and ruined the stay.
Great Ambience
Did not realize the studio has a flight of narrow stairs. Also i double pay for the massage at Marlo Spa as well as at the check out. Alerted the reception but still waiting for my refund of Aud 310
its a lovely boutique hotel, with friendly staff.
The view from the lounge bar is fab and nice to sit at the window and look out at the Ferry traffic.
The food and beverage offerings are great which is unusual for a small hotel.
The bar manager Ben's service and great attitude with guests was exceptional.
The breakfast Porridge was luke warm and should have been hot. The staff understood and replaced with something else on the menu which was great.
We did ask for a room with a bath on the terrace but were given a balcony room so that was a little disappointing.

Very clean beautiful establishment. The rooms were lovely and the bed was comfortable. Great location for walks . Very nice meal in the restaurant and breakfast was delicious. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Very comfortable stay - high end. Rooms were immaculate and bed super comfy. Had a great night's sleep.
There were renovations on, which can't be helped, so we did have a booking in the main dining room but it was moved and menu was much smaller so we chose last minute to go somewhere else. Breakfast was good but in a smaller space because of this too.
We also had a car park booking underneath the hotel but there wasn't room on night one. We asked but nothing could be done about this. Car ended up being ok parked outside.
