Cons:

We had a blue light on the ceiling that wouldn't turn off...on the first night!!!!!
It mysteriously turned off in the morning.

Perfect weekend away
Pros:

I loved everything! My husband and I stayed for our wedding anniversary, and it was everything we could have wanted in a weekend away to celebrate. The Marlo Day Spa was incredible, the swimming pool was great, the food at the restaurant was amazing, and the view from our room was stunning! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, and very helpful. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk to the beach, with a beautiful park across the road, and a short walk to the main street and shops. I can't wait to stay again!

Stunning hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms
Pros:

-The building works on which other reviewers have commented are finished and the result is a very stylish, modern hotel with various types of accommodation and a variety of places in which to eat.
- The rooms are very spacious.
- the bathroom is big, partially private with a good amount of bench space. Towels were thick and plenty were supplied.
-The toilet is completely separate to the bathroom.
-We had a spacious balcony
-The bed was big and very comfortable.
-When we asked we were provided with a blanket which was far more comfortable than the provided quilt which can be too hot.
-There were two spaces for bag storage.
-The hotel was quiet.
-The hotel has a 25m plus pool. If you are a lap swimmer you have it to yourself when it opens at 7:30am.
-The included breakfast was à la carte. The food was of a high standard.

Cons:

- Lack of privacy in the bathroom.
-We would have liked more cereal centred options at breakfast.
