Good location nice rooms. Warm shower but not warm enough.
Pros:

Good location and newly refurbished rooms. Also supplied actual soap.

Cons:

The hot water never got properly hot. After a wet cold day in Hobart to not have a hot shower was very uncomfortable. I wet to bed cold. They provided actual soap but there is no soap dish in the shower.

Modern clean rooms and a hotel restaurant downstairs.
Pros:

Modern clean room with nice facilities. Hotel downstairs with delicious food. Staff allowed us to leave our bags there while we went on 4 day hike.

Recently updated, the room was lovely with a huge smart tv

Great location short walk to harbour, and free parking

Cons:

The bathroom had an awkward vanity which encroached in the toilet area and had no bench space. Stairs up to rooms no lift

Love the hotel'the staff were great .Great location and parking was a must .

When you went to the bathroom and put the light it " made "a sound . Not very good if you get up in the middle of the night . So we left the light on all night so we didn't wake each other up ,We think there was a icon on the mirror which turned it off .Why ??????
