Will return and recommend it. Location is perfect!
Pros:

Seems like it’s freshly renovated. Bed was so comfy, bathroom brand new with L’Occitane amenities. Was very surprised.

Cons:

Rooms is a bit small due to the bed being big. Not a complaint though you barely use the room. Not a deal breaker. Pub downstairs is not good. Don’t get seduced by it. There’s two unreal restaurants next door.

Pros:

Service was fantastic, arrived late and this was no problem at all. Facilities were incredible and exceeded my expectations, very modern, comfortable and clean

Cons:

Minor things, no reception, no staff available on site, no food available on site. Perhaps a vending machine for weary travellers could be an idea but didnt bother me

Family suite exceeded expectations.
Pros:

The family suite was comprised of 3 separate rooms plus bathroom plus a large balcony and was well equipped and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the suite was quiet.

Great location, beautiful rooms! Suprised with the level of quality!
Pros:

This hotel blew us away! The renovated rooms and en-suites were beautifully finished, and completed with quality toiletries. The blackout curtains were great for when we wanted an early night and it was still light outside. Even though the room was above the bar we could not hear noise. The staff were lovely and accommodating. It was easy access to Salamanca via some steps and there is a great cafe across the road for breakfast

Cons:

The temperature of the shower was warm, not hot. This is my only complaint about the hotel
