Overall our stay was very enjoyable and the apartment suited our needs.
Pros:

Wonderful location, very easy on to main roads for our day trips. Apartment was clean and comfortable for our family; fantastic size rooms, bathrooms and living areas. Kitchen and laundry were well equipped. Afternoons were very relaxing on the balcony overlooking the pool while playing boardgames and cards.

Cons:

The apartment was run down and seems to have had a hard life. Although it was clean, it could definitely do with a fresh coat of paint (all the walls & door frames were chipped and marked) and some new flooring (carpet stained and bubbled in all rooms). It was strange that check-in/out is next door and not at the office within Leeuwin Apartments (this would have been far more convenient). Sauna wasn't working which we had been hoping to use.

Great apartment, spacious and well equipped
Pros:

Huge apartment, well equipped with a large kitchen dining living room. The bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return.

Excellent accommodation in a perfect location. Will definitely consider staying here again.
Pros:

The two bedroom apartment we rented was ideal for our week long stay. The accommodation was clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfy. The location is perfect for walking into the main street of Margaret River and nearby restaurants.
The apartment also had a dishwasher and a washing machine, which was a great bonus.

Cons:

Although clean, the apartment did show signs of wear and tear and some maintenance work is due. Our room overlooked the pool area, so at peak times it was a little noisy but, it was no issue because everyone was on holiday enjoying themselves.
There was only hand soap and shower gel supplied in the bathroom, and it would've been nice to have received complimentary shampoo and body moisturiser.

The convenience of location and the units were good

Cons:

Our unit only had 1 carpark while others had two, as it was a busy time this was difficult as people just parked where was free not in corresponding number park

A really enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The lovely spacious apartment had all the kitchen appliances needed, and a nice laundry room. T.V in the lounge and bedroom. It is a lovely location. The evenings were peaceful. Shops and restaurants local. Driving around was easy.

Cons:

Cannot find fault.
