Great location. Great apartment for family or groups. Very spacious and well appointed
Pros:

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Apartment had great spacious living area. Kitchen had all required to cook own meals. Was next door to the River Bar and Restaurant which served great meals at a reasonable cost.

It was ok, would not recommend for a long stay
Pros:

It was clean, positioning wasn’t bad, bbq was clean

Cons:

The couch was terrible, could not sit down at all on all three couches, needs to be changed immediately
Salt/pepper - basic amenities not provided
Pans were deeply scratched needed replacing
Apartment was dark and gloomy

Good location, good for two nights.
Pros:

Good location within 5 minutes to the town centre.

Cons:

The property was dated and old. There was a notice of a $50 charge if dishes were left.
There were no cushions on the sofa, the walls were marked, dead flies on the upstairs window and the courtyard was unkept, not inviting and backed onto an old caravan in a long grassed area. For what we paid I had expected more. The cleaning staff seemed annoyed but the lady at The River Reception (check in/out) was friendly. I will investigate other accommodation options next time.

Fabulous accommodation great location
Pros:

Good size two storey unserviced accommodation open plan kitchen diner lounge with all facilities inc dishwasher, Washer & Dryer. King bed en-suite with additional toilet / shower. Communal BBQ area opposite.

Cons:

Nothing really, very very minor - could do with pair kitchen scissors as dishwasher / washing liquid sachet impossible to tear open

Pros:

Size of the apartments and the location

Cons:

There we no cushions on the pool beds and there should be more seating. There was also no bar or handle to make getting into the pool easy and safe

Staff were lovely and the unit was well situation, however consider a technology upgrade!
Pros:

Location to town is fantastic, park your car and walk everywhere

Cons:

TV’s are not digital and although it’s not a huge thing, for the money these things do count!

Tolle Unterkunft für Margaret River.
Pros:

Es war ein süßes Häuschen mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern und einem großen Wohnbereich. Zu Fuß konnte man gut zu den Restaurants und Shops laufen.

Cons:

Die Waschmaschine hat leider nicht wirklich sauber gemacht.

Good location, works as a base but not somewhere to spend lots of time
Pros:

Really large apartment, loads of space and in a great location - easily walkable to the Main Street of Margaret river

Cons:

Overall it was a bit dated and tired - could do with some investment into the furniture/decor. Also was slightly dirty, carpets could do with a deep clean.

Great location, good facilities very clean and great access to parking bays.
Pros:

It was great there were 3 toilets, 2 boys lol it was reasonably close to the centre of town.

Cons:

The shower head was too low in ensuite and tapware took a bit to function. One of the sofas was broken, probably should of been replaced.
We initially had another booking elsewhere but booking.com mucked it up, so we nearly paid double for accommodation but we were grateful that we got this one a day before we travelled. So that made it overpriced for us, as it was unexpected.

Stay was comfortable apart from the small issues that can be ignored.
Pros:

The location of the property was great. Close to the mainroad. Checking in was quite easy. No dramas.

Cons:

The kitchen exhaust was very dirty and greasy. Just touched to turn the lights on the range hood and turn off the fans. It was very greasy and had grits everywhere. Overall it was tidy and cleanliness was okay

Pros:

The facilities and apartment were perfect for getaway with family and friends. all the facilities including apartment bedding, no. of toilets and kitchen utensils were well thought and good.

Cons:

Finding the correct apartment was a bit difficult. there was also some confusion about the allocated apartment. After office hours service should be improved.
