Functional but not a place we would recommend or return too. Not our normal standard.

Not a lot. It stunk of old dirty carpet and furniture when we first walked in and that put us off.

It stunk of old dirty carpet and furniture. There was no attempt to clean the carpet that was wrinkling and threadbare in places. Walls were battered and dented with wear and tear. It was very tired.

Great location, well-equipped apartment, very comfortable stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Leeuwin apartment. Contrary to some of the reviews we’d seen prior to arriving, we were pleasantly surprised to find an allocated parking bay for our unit, which made unloading and coming and going very easy. The apartment itself was very clean, spacious, and well‑equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also great — just a short walk to the main street. We didnt get to check-out the pool this time but we will definitely be back.

Cons:

The exterior of the apartment could use a bit of cleaning, as there were some cobwebs and a dead spider on the staircase.

Great place to stay : excellent facilities, good location
Pros:

Excellent facilities, very clean, spacious accommodation and we had 3. Toilets. Definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Very spacious accommodation meeting all our needs.
2 couples holidaying with ample room for relaxing and a bathroom for each.
Very generous with supplies...ie; coffee,tea etc.
Having a washer and dryer was also a bonus.
Would highly recommend .
Close to township.

Cons:

Nothing really to complain about.

Pros:

Clean and kitchen well equipped. Parking excellent for 2 vehicles. Beds comfortable and tv excellent.

Cons:

You could feel the springs through the couch- uncomfortable. Sauna not working. Lack of response at check out and after.

Well appointed, great location, clean and convenient to all Margaret River attractions
Pros:

Clean, well appointed and exactly as described in advert.
Location was excellent.
Next door to River Resort and pub. Pub restaurant was great.
We could walk into Margaret River town.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of!

Nice stay
Pros:

Size, cleanliness, rooms layout.

Cons:

Swimming pool not maintained therefore not for use as well as sauna out of the order and info from reception was deceiving claiming that sauna is just about to be fixed but during the stay we couldn’t use.

Central location.

Cons:

Carpets need replacing and are a trip hazard ( especially in the open plan living area). Living room furniture needs to be replaced . Sauna wasn’t working

Nice apartment with pool and gym close to town
Pros:

The property had everything you need for a stay in Margaret river. Having 2 bathroom is great for 4 adults staying in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to make meal.
The gym equipment was new and all in good order.
The pool area was great to sit out in. Walking distance of town.

Cons:

Some of the rooms probably need redecorating, but it's only cosmetic
