Great location, comfortable beds, perfect it it’s not a heat wave

Great last minute stay in a very convenient location! Wasn't prepared for the shared bathroom but all was very clean and doable! Price was good!

Pros:

Inn has real character. Room was really comfortable, clean and stylish. Restaurant really good.

Cons:

Shared bathroom arrangement not to everyone's taste as it involves sharing with bar users but not as bad as it sounds - it was fine for us with enough privacy

nice choice. would not recommand if you need silence to sleep

Cosy place, very old building with lots of charm

Cons:

VERY noisy. I new it, it is all clear when you book, but I was not expecting being able to distinctly hear the bar customer conversations from my bed (bar is just below downstairs). The live band played until very late… I could not join the party (as suggested by staff) as I was going to drive all day the next day

Although it was not that quiet, the great live music enticed us to watch the life music performance and enjoyed it.

Pros:

The location is great, close to the beach, walking trails, and various shops.

Cons:

The parking out of the front is limited. There was quite a bit of noise from the outside bar area which didn't finish until about 10:30pm. I got woken up quite early, around 6:00 am, by various trucks, e.g. the bin collection truck, then a number of delivery trucks to a number of shops close by.

Rom very basic but as expected for the price. Shared toilets also used by pub guests during the evening.
