Reception Hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 15:00.
If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Pandanus Mooloolaba in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and valid credit card and accept the terms and conditions of occupancy via the on-line check-in portal which will be sent from the hotel prior to arrival.

Great location, near shops, restaurant and the beach, but they need to do better communicating.
Pros:

Apartment was in a great location and was a very generous size. Loved being on the 8th floor and that it had balconies at both ends, giving north and south views. A wonderful experience with minimal wait times on the lift, great air conditioning and a great lap pool.

Cons:

Communication with the owners was not good, maybe because we booked through Booking.com. Received emails with things which did not apply to us (due to Booking.com); text messages for check-in which referred to details in email never received; never acknowledged info sent/online rego done and then asked for it again; reception number on fridge not valid and had to look for another number. Just could be done so much better, making the process clearer.

Incredibly good quality for money, exceptional staff.
Pros:

The area of the venue was superb, close to the beach, Coles and other areas of Mooloolaba you are wanting to explore. The apartments themselves were amazing and exceptionally clean, providing good ammenities and quality beds

Cons:

Wasn’t much at all we were unhappy about, the staff were friendly and keen to help our group in anyway possible.

Cons:

Pool was closed for maintenance for the first couple of days, however, understand these things happen.
