We asked for family of 4 pax. The room was for 4 pax, but the amenities wasn't for 4 pax. Eg the bed, towels, pillows etc. The next water heater failure. We spent more than RM500, but there were no complimentary breakfast??? To sum it up, not worth booking for a hotel with such standards.... Really.. !!

The breakfast experience was bad.
Flies everywhere.
The chef at egg station went missing twice that i waited so long to order the egg.
I had to go to the receptionist few times to look for the chef.
There is no pepper in the entire restaurant. I asked the waiter and the reply saw "no pepper her". i had my half boiled egg with only soysauce.

food, staff are mostly helping
the facilities are great except for the swimming pool. too many pigeons droppings. as we know pigeon droppings are kind of dangerous for our health. there’s also their feather in the swimming pool. i swam with a pigeon feather on my head and shirt. another thing is my room air conditioner are not really functional. it is so hot to sleep at night
Not too bad just that front desk isn’t real flexible to change to king size bed. Stayed here cos have a medical appt at KPJ Pasir Gudang.
Front desk forgot to return my passport after checking in and I had paid rm10 for tourist tax. But I remember all.
I always comment on parking : safe parking but top up RM20 for L1 security parking.
