The room we booked had a private bathroom, but it was located right next to the shared bathroom and the noise from it was so audible in the room as if that shared bathroom was part of our room.

The room appeared bigger on pictures. In reality it's extremely small.

Poor value for money.

Overall a good stay hopefully the new owners can get on top of the couple of issues and then it would be fantastic

The property location was great walking distance to most things.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Parking was an issue also more attention needs to be taken with cleaning the bathroom and laundry.

Pros:

When we were leaving JB was very helpful. There is definitely a market to add breakfast as an option. Maybe even a local cafe could get involved.

Cons:

It was a little difficult to work out where the entrance was and then the digital checkin process was a tad daunting.
