The energy when you enter this place is simple serenity. Every person you come by has a subtle peace, it leaks into your energy. Feed some pigs, ducks, and bunnies. See the crocodile, snake, and beautiful stars like glitter in the night. Beautiful place! If your soul is lacking - recharge it here.

Definitely not a place I'd recommend.
Pros:

Honestly, nothing.

Cons:

From the first sight of the property, it was untidy and cluttered.
The door to the room was smeared and dirty, and the room looked nothing like the photo above.
The bathroom was very old with a shower curtain that was old and dirty.
The bedding was old and looked used, not fresh sheets.
The pool was the colour of a pond.

Pros:

Viele Tiere - das ist vor allem für Kinder schön.
Der Preis war günstig.
Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Schmetterlinge waren leider nicht mehr vorhanden.
Die Unterkunft war nicht ausreichend sauber gemacht. Das Bad war so gut wie gar nicht geputzt. Das hat man am Waschbecken und an der Toilette gesehen. Ja, der Preis war günstig, aber ein Mindestmaß an Sauberkeit kann man normal schon erwarten.

Seen better days. Staff were kind and friendly but has gone downhill compared to the last time we stayed a few years ago

Pros:

I would sum this up as an experience. Room had everything it needed and was clearly loved, but was quite outdated. Food in the restaurant was okay. Not much accommodation available in Katherine so this was doable despite being a little too 'off-piste' for us.

One of the best stays I had in NT!
Pros:

Every d*mn thing! Chris and his wife are amazing hosts! They greet you like a friend and they show you all the animals they have. They have a croc named Zeus which he shows you and lets you feed the 18 rabbit they have as well! Great place to stay if you have kids.
