Okay for a few days.
Pros:

Staff were all very nice. Room recently renovated and clean. Bistro and nearby takeway places convenient. Room was small but has most of what one needs. Good new TV with all the streaming services and connected to the internet.

Cons:

Hardly any hot water for 4 days, just luke warm water. In fairness I did not complain or I am sure they would have tried to fix it but I assumed staff would be aware and didn't want to complain. Its a warm location so no big deal to just have a half warm shower.

Great location with spacious room
Pros:

Good size, close to shops, inc food, close to bus stops to Garden City and towards Brisbane CBD, and good hotel dining.

Cons:

Nothing comes.to mind at this stage

Cons:

Dirty marks on light switches and microwave, spills on kitchenette cabinets, spills on front of fridge and floor at base of fridge, there was a bowl that was unwashed and still had liquid (soup or noodle water) in it. Shower has huge calcium build up on floor. No dish cloth or tea towel to wash and dry dishes so used a face washer.

Nice room but wouldn’t stay here again
Pros:

Room was nice and clean

Cons:

The restaurant closed very early. We arrived at 8 and had to head offsite for food. Area felt dodgy. For roughly the same price the following night I stayed at Rydges which was 10x better, had 24 hour reception, mini bar and room service.

Pros:

Interior looks new. Clean. Spacious. Convenience store and restaurants are around the corner.

Cons:

Our room didn't have windows that could be opened for ventilation. But they have nice air conditioners.

Pros:

I absolutely loved this place will be my go to for all work in the suburb. Has everything you could possibly need. Clean tidy and quiet. The star rating does not do the place justice.

Great experience that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this location.

Plenty of good food options within walking distance.
Public transportation directly outside.
Pub has good food & a relaxed atmosphere.
Great parking available. Big spots that fit larger vehicles.
