Pros:

Had a kitchenette,park close to door,bed was comfortable & room was serviced everyday.

Room was ok.

Cons:

Staff were, very personal, overstepping personal boundaries. Judgemental and stereotypical. Especially the young man behind the bar. Especially when they don't know who you are or how much money I may have. They made me feel as if I was on drugs when I was not. I could tell.

Loved the convenience of everything we needed in walking distance and it was superb clean and comfortable

All the experience however the room could of been bigger and undercover parking even better

Had to park Captiva out in pub car park a bit of a walk for my partner who has cancer and a sore back also the room was small

Pros:

Great value, very comfortable and clean.
Was worried the noise from the bar would would keep us awake, but couldn't be heard in our room.

Cons:

No sink in the kitchen area, so had to use basin, otherwise no issues.
